If I buy the Body Bugg, do I need the $99 watch that goes with it? I am a little confused.

NO, you do not NEED the digital display to make it all work. If BodyBugg works out for you we suggest you get the display at a later date, if money is an issue. Overall the digital display is a great item and really helps you stay focused all throughout the day. If money is an issue then just get started without the digital display because you can get it later.
If money is NOT an issue just get it all at once because you really will not be sorry if you are serious about making weight loss a reality in your life.
But to just clarify… You DO NOT need the digital display to make BodyBugg work.
