What Is a Medifast 5 & 1 Plan?

One of the most popular Medifast Meal Plans is the Medifast 5 & 1 Plan for Weight Loss.  What this consists of is essentially eating five meals each day that are provided when you order Medifast.  Those 5 meals are from a list of over 70 nutritionally balanced meals and come in the form of shakes, drinks, oatmeals, chili, soups, scrambled eggs, pudding and more.  You can choose to order and eat any combination of  5 Medifast Meals a day, while limiting yourself to only one flavorful Maintenance Bar per day, because they are high in calories and carbohydrates,
