They are burning so many calories and many of them have the way of thinking that they need to diet and slow down their caloric intake because that’s what we’ve been taught all of our life to lose weight. The trainers have to pound it into their heads that they must continuously eat or else their bodies will shut down and stop losing weight. It will feel like the body is being deprived. When they continue to fuel their bodies, the body will continue to burn fat at a high rate.
