Weight Loss as a New Year’s Resolution
Okay, here it is again….The New Year is approching again and losing weight is on the list….again. Once again you are deciding that you want to be able to look good on in the bathing suit this summer and this time you are going to do it and make it happen. Isn’t that what you said you were going to do last year and also for this year? Since New Year’s will come and go, why not decide now to make 2009 the year you really make weight loss and health a reality.
If you have had less than stellar results at weight loss in the past it is because of one main reason;
1) You eat too much and do not get enough and do not get enough physical activity.
There it is, weight loss in a nutshell. There is little more than that involved in weight loss. Losing weight is not rocket sciene and yet the entire nation acts as if losing weight is only something other people can do and make happen. If you really want to lose weight, then you and you alone can make it happen. It will take motivation and dedication and the willpower to get you to the point that allows you to push past the point of failure.
