Thin Blog, Weight Loss and Dieting

We have been trying to lose weight for twenty years and we have been losing weight for only one year. In our twenty year journey to lose weight we have wasted our money on a treadmill, a multitude of various diets, numerous diet books, specialized diet foods and so much more that we dare not even try to remember.  At the end of twenty years we have learned that the diets do not work, the treadmill bores us, the diet books contained information that we could not fit into the rest of our life and ALL diet pills were a hoax.  As time went by we grew frustrated with what we learned on the Internet.  Parallel with this time we started to learn about websites and the Internet.  We learned more about how websites rip people off more than anything.  At that point the birth of www.IChooseThin.com took place.  We were so tired of all the hype about weight loss and everyone hawking diet pills that were nothing more than a hoax.  An offshoot of our (wife and I) website has become the Blog we write in often that has become known as Thin Blog.  Thin blog is a place where you can go to gather knowledge on weight loss for free.  Thin Blog has become the gate where thousands of people have found www.IChooseThin.com

Our goal at I Choose Thin is to provide you with unhampered knowledge that will work in your life in the area of weight loss.  If you are looking for a quick fix then you are at the wrong site.  There are no safe quick fixes to weight loss that will stick with you long after the diet is over.  The approach at I Choose Thin is a sensible one that is FREE.  You do not have to buy anything. You do not have to get a special food or piece of equipment.  What you need to do is bring your motivation.  I do not mean your motivation for a day or two.  Not the motivation you lost on January 3rd during your New Year’s resolution.  The motivation we mean is your sustained motivation.  You bring that motivation to this website and you will be ready to lose weight.  The one thing you are missing is knowledge.  Let us help you gain that weight loss knowledge so you can lose the weight.
