The show started off with the players walking back to the kitchen. Since they lost 155 pounds last week, there was no elimination last week. They soon realized they had no time to celebrate.
Soon it was morning and Allison was standing in front of the gym. She reminded them that this week was all about decisions and it was going to be “would you rather week”. Allison told them they could give up access to their trainers, but still have use of all of the equipment. If they took the choice of NOT using Bob Harper or Jillian Michaels, they would have a two pound advantage at the weigh in. They had to decide as a team and the players were looking around and then Tracey from the Purple Team stepped over the line. Mo was not happy and then Tracey said she did it because she was afraid that if no one took the 2 pounds Allison would add more pounds and then they would have a huge disadvantage. Soon we next saw Bob and Jillian walk in and Mo was afraid to tell Bob that he was traded away for two pounds. Bob said that 2 pounds was useless and then started to ask who was foolish enough to trade away the two pounds. Bob asked Amanda and then when he heard it was Tracey he was not happy at all. Tracey then told Bob that she only did it to keep the weight advantage at 2 pounds. She rationalized that as Allison would have added more weight advantage, she would end up at the losing end. She told Bob that she was afraid that someone else would get a weight advantage that she could not overcome. Even Jillian was amazed that Bob was traded away. Bob said it was a slap in the face while Jillian nodded and pursed her lips. Jillian said she was the best in the world at weight loss and millions of people would pay big bucks to train with them yet Tracey traded them away for two pounds. Bob asked to speak with Tracey alone and set everyone else to the gym.
Bob asked Tracey while she was alone, why she made the choice. Amanda was crying and said that she was so afraid of being sent home and then Jillian told her that she needed to look at her future choices and that the next time she needs to stop and think. Mo walked out of the room and Tracey said to the air around her in the empty room “what have I done?”
Next we were listening to Abbey talk to the doctor that she had a stress fracture in her knee and he told her she had to exercise only in the pool. She could no longer put stress on the knee. There were flashbacks of why she was on the show and then she told America that she was going to make it happen and that she wanted to feel better. She said she was not going to lie down. Then there was a preview of an upcoming temptation and another commercial.
After the commercial Bob walked into the room and asked Abbey about what the Doctor said and then Bob told America that it was fine and that it would be great. Bob then told America that the situation she was in was fairly dire and that her nutrition was what would help her get to the weight loss point she needed. He told her she needed to eat every 4 or 5 hours, without fail.
Next it was night and Allison told them that it was all about choices and tonight it was about control of their diet or the control of the game. At the next weigh in, only one person was going to weigh in from each team and the winner of the challenge would be able to pick who from the teams would be the one to step on the scale. Each player was set alone behind curtains and with a plate in front of them with a lid. Under the lid was one cupcake and each player said that they were shocked there was only one cupcake that equaled 100 calories. Allison then shattered the easiness by saying that to win the challenge you would have to eat more cupcakes than any other player in a ten minute time period. All the players moaned and groaned. Not being able to see the other players made each of the players nervous. Allison then started to pass out more cupcakes and treats. The players started shouting back and forth about who may have been eating a cupcakes. Sean wanted to rub cupcakes all over his body. Tracey said she was going crazy and stopped herself before she made another silly, impulsive decision. Tracey had flashbacks of Bob and then started to eat cupcakes and then more and more. Antoine popped one cupcake in his mouth. Tracey just kept throwing them in her mouth and said it was a game. The bell rang and Allison said two people ate cupcakes and then declared Tracey a winner by telling the players that Tracey won by eating four cupcakes. Tracey did not think she won, but she did win and now she had the power in the game. The players told America that Tracey was a wild card and did not know what she was doing.
After another round of commercials the viewers were greeted with a morning sky and Bob and Jillian walking into the gym. Bob said he hoped nobody gave in because the prize was “who cares and who in the world would have done this?” Bob and Jillain were both upset and Jillian said with a crazy look in her eyes that she “was pissed off because she was wasting her time helping her.” Bob said he had nothing to say that he did not say to her last night. Bob said she was an adult and spoke how pissed off that Jillian was about it all. Jillian said that she wasted an hour of her day trying to help her yesterday and now Jillian realizes that Tracey threw her advice out in the trash. Jillian and Bob said that what was done, was done. Bob said he hated game players and game players get fat again and now they all needed to exercise.
We, the viewers then watched the players train with Jillian and Bob and Mo told America that he was watching what the other players were doing and he followed them around and mimmicked what the other players were doing. Jillian gave Danny the choice of doing which exercise he wanted to do. Kettle Bells or the sledge hammer. Jillian told America he was foolish for choosing the sledgehammer exercise. America then watched Danny beat a large tractor wheel with a sledge hammer and also pushing the tire end of end. The scene ended with Danny not being able to push the wheel anymore.
After another round of commercials we saw the players walking up to a challenge that was a massive incline for the next challenge. Allison stepped out and reminded everyone thie week was all about choices. Allison said the winner of the challenge would win immunity. Allen told America how important winning would be for his team. The first team that could carry 500 pounds over and up the incline would win. They had a choice to carry 5 pound weights from a fairly close distance up and over the incline or to carry 25 pound weights from a distance. The 5 pounds would be easier, but would require more trips. Allison then started to ask how each team wanted to attack the challenge. She wanted to know what size weights they chose. Abbey and Tracey had to sit out the challenge, because of their injuries. The individuals had to only carry 250 pounds since they were playing as individuals. Julio, Mo and Allen all were competing as individuals. Mo chose 5 pounds, brown 25, Black chose 25, Red chose 25, Green chose 10 pounds, Pink chose 10 pounds and Blu chose 10 pounds. The challenge started with players scrambling all over the field and slowly the sppeds slowed and the exertion of the challenge started to set in. Orange was winning and then grren started to lift their flag and Allen told America that he would pace himself and we saw the players over and over again walking, carrying and Rebecca told America she felt like she was going to die. Allison told them they were going for over 15 minutes and Sean said Allen was a beast and Allen was used to climbing ladders and Allison was shouting the results as they were happing. Allen was leading and then Allen won and then Allen told America how happy he was to win immunity while Liz told America she had to finish the challenge and then one player after another told the viewers that they were going to keep going until they finished, despite they did not win the challenge. Allen then told America how symbolic it was for all the players to toss the last weight in together and showed that nobody had to face a challenge alone.
The second hour of the show started after a mini review of the show and rehearsed that Tracey had the power to decide who weighed in during the weigh in. Next we saw Jillian playing tug of war shouting last chance work out and said Bob and her were concentrating on the girls in the house. Liz told America that she pulled a double digit two weeks in a row and the chances of her doing that this week were slim. Amanda told Bob she trusted Tracey and then we saw all the players talk of how they were afraid how Tracey would pick them to weigh in. Shay told America that this was this was the new way for her life as the old way was death and now she was starting to live. Sean said that Jillian made him run so much on a treadmill that not even a puma could do it. Dina then told Jillian that she was tired and then stopped running onn the tread mill. Jillain said “tired…what does that mean? The next time you are tired you will sit down on the couch and eat a bag of Cheeto’s?” Jillian told America that she was not like Bob, she was the bad parent. Jillain yelled you either chose to do it or chose to quit. Jillian told Dina to remove herself from the treadmill. Jillain yelled to Daniel and said “did you quit Danny?” She told Dina if she quit again then Jillian would quit on her for the day. Dina then started to run, the excuses faded and Dina kept running.
Bob tolda America he worked with Amanda non stop and would not leave her alone. Amanda told Bob she could not do the treadmill at 8.5 and that Bob was crazy. Bob said you can do it for 30 seconds and she needed to do it. Amanda cried and said “no” Bob started the treadmill and Amanda kept moving and running and Bob counted it down and said “don’t ever tell me you can’t do anything….it pisses me off!” Once the show went to commercials we here at I Choose Thin.com stated how angry Bob and Jillian seemed this week.
Daniel approached Tracey to plead for mercy because he wanted to be put on the scale. Tracy and then Daniel spoke and then Daniel told America that Tracey was unpredictable and then Tracey told America how she hated it to be inn the situation of choosing because she did not want to hurt anyone. Amanda and Rebecca then approached Tracey and asked how they would vote and Tracey asked for a favor on the scale, and when The Pink Team did not promise back to Tracey, Tracey said (To America) all bets were off and she would do what she wanted since they would not promise to help her.
All the players walked into the weight room and Allison reminded everyone it was all about choices this week and that allowed Tracey to take charge of the game. Allison told how Tracey was going to decide who stepped on the scale. Tracey said to Allison that she regretted her choices because she did not need the stress. Allison then asked what Mo felt, since he was part of the Purple Team. Mo said he supported Tracey because that is what a team is all about. Jillian Michaels then chimed in that Tracey should have thought about Mo. Jillian said Mo should not have supported a bad decision that Tracey mad. Jillian said that Mo needed to look out for himself because Tracey was not looking to help him out. Jillian said that Mo needed to worry about himself because Tracey was not a good team mate. Once again….Jillain was realllllyyyyyyyy ticked off as all her words had to be bleeped out and her mouth was obscured so us viewers would not be able to lip read what she was saying. Jillian was really, really, really angry.

The Purple Team was left and everyone was really ticked off and if Tracey were to go below the yellow line, EVERYONE would vote her off the ranch. Total team lost 12 pounds. The erie part of the show was that nobody applauded the results of Tracey. Nobody was happy with the fact that Tracey lost 11 pounds. Then Mo told America that it was sad that nobody was happy that Tracey lost the weight. When Tracey commented about no applause she said “of course.”
5.26%
The two teams that were up in the elimination were The Red Team and The Orange Team. It was going to be one team or the other. Shay pleaded through tears to the other players how she needed to be on the ranch. Shay cried she did not want to go home. Antoine said he did not know how to ask to stay because he wanted to stay and he told America that he and Sean had a strong suoport system back at home. Sean cried how much he loved everyone and yet he knew he needed to go home to keep Shay on the ranch because she had no support at home. Sean cried to the other players how Shay needed to be there on the ranch. Shay told America that she needed to be on the ranch because she needed the help and cried to not have the other players give up on her. It was THE MOST heart wrenching scene this audience has ever seen on the show.
After a brief commercial break of Bob plugging The Biggest Loser Protein mix we were all in the voting room. Julio said that he was voting to send home the Red Team because they would have a support team at home and they would be able to keep losing weight. The Green Team voted for The Red Team for the same reason. The Pink Team, Rebecca said it was their nightmare and voted to send home The Red Team also. The Purple Team was then asked to vote and Rebecca said that she did not want to see Shay go home and then revealed her vote for The Red Team.
Allison then said that The Red Team was not the Biggest loser and they had to go home. Antoinesaid that the choice they made to let Shay stay was needed and she would continue to inspire. The Team sent home tonight was the Red Team. The players that left / sent home for The Biggest Loser September 29 2009 was Sean and Antoine
