Competitions to lose weight surely act as a challenge before the participants. But it definitely takes a person’s own guts to shed down those extra pounds. Motivation in needed to exercise and eat right and nutritious. Good post!

Go Bob! Even though he melted down he’s human.. just like everyone else…and even nice guys get upset

Bob is HUMAN when someone is not pulling their own it is frustrating. I am so glad to see him be a normal regular person. He is amazing and this proves he is an average person with limits like the rest of us.

I think Bob was brilliant! Joelle was in an I CAN”T frame of my and until someone forced her to do it she would always stop short of success. I myself NEVER thought I could do 30 seconds at 6.5 on a treadmill but after the show Tuesday I went to the gym last night and did it. It was one of the hardest things I have done MENTALLY but I pretended like Bob was there saying those things to me and it worked. I DID IT and I am very proud of myself for finally breaking that mental barrier of no I can’t. Thank you Bob thank you. I wish I could put it on my Ipod for whenever I find myself mentally telling myself I can’t before I even try. WAY TO GO BOB!
