The best diet that you can choose is one that works for you and your journey to lose the weight you desire to lose.     As a personal trainer, the best results always seem to come from generally eating healthily. Fad diets seem to drop weight too quickly, and are difficult to stick to because they are too regimented. Small changes are easier to adhere to and lead to better long term results
