Sensa Complaints
The new weight loss system called Sensa has had alot of positive press lately. We have had numerous questions asking what the complaints have been for Sensa, among those that have used the product.We have come to the conclusion that some sites love the stuff and want you to buy it so they can make a buck. Some would sell their very soul if it made them rich so they speak well about whatever it is that they can sell. We have seen this with many weight loss products that is in our opinion…. failures! Hoodia, Acai and even Alli are all products we tested, evaluated and really do not think work that well. The interesting thing about Sensa is that we have looked long and hard and have found nothing to show there are any serious complaints against Sensa as a weight loss aid. Sure we found some complaints, but they were really for non-essential reasons, yet they were Sensa complaints.
One of the most common complaints we have heard about Sensa is that people find it too hard for new users to remember to use it on everything they eat. People have stated on more than one Sensa forum that all too often they would be half way through their meal before they would remember to sprinkle the Tastants on their food. Some people even resorted to writing a fairly large “S” on their hand to remind themselves.

One complaint was the fact that it causes a headache in some users, which was not common, but there were some people who claimed they got headaches. Looking at the ingredients in Sensa and noticing the FDA says they are all safe to use (GRAS Ingredients) makes this complaint one we kind of look at sideways. In the end though we say “whatever floats your boat!” There were not many complaints out there about it causing headaches, but we must report what we have discovered.
By far the biggest complaint we had heard was the fact that Sensa customer service is ruthless in not refunding money after people paid the full price for Sensa and then learned about the FREE offer that has been on and off again or no longer available at the moment. Some were upset, while others accepted that they paid what they paid.
Sensa complaints are more than likely any other product in the world. Some will love it and yet others will hate it. What it does for you is what you are willing to let happen. If you want to control portion size, then go for it! Sensa may work for you in a way that you will have no Sensa complaints to complain about after all!

I will NEVER order Sensa again. I ordered the free trial and it was not free. Though I cancelled within the alotted time, they still billed me and I fear they will never stop. This is how they make a buck. Advertise a free trial and then they charge you 90 dollars a month for the rest of your life.
OMG never again would I buy this, what a waste of money. And then when I cancel it, they tell me the only way I get my money back is to send them the empty containers…I dont even no if I still have them, but thats such a rip off….DONT BUY THIS….
I will never try sensa again, bought at cosco and with 2 days of taking it, i was dizzy,nervous, shaky and felt like i was going to die, my skin turned a little yellow a few days after. If you want to loose weight do it the natural way, diet and exercise, get serious about the gym. ladies If you are overweight like me, start off with 20 mins of cardio 3-5 times a week and work up to 45 mins of cardio a week….also try a juice/fruit/veggie fast…eat nothing but fruits and veggies in a juicer. I guarantee you will see results and you WONT kill yourself. last but not least, Pray to God, ask God to help you with this journey.
I’ve been on Sensa for 1 month. Have lost a total of ONE pound. Don’t have any side effects unless you count the $70 bucks I shelled out at GNC. Having said that, I’ll continue to use it for Month 2 and see if anything changes. I really don’t notice that I get get full faster so therefore, my portions haven’t decreased all that much.

I tried sensa for a week. I got pregnant!
I used SENSA for 3 months. It decreased my appetite, and disturbed my taste buds. I lost about 5 lbs per month. On the third month I was treated for drug induced liver failure at the er. My skin had a yellow tint, and I had severe pain in my upper right abdominal area. The strange part of this diagnosis… I wasn’t taking any drugs at all, not even Tylenol. I sure was using a lot of SENSA!! I’ll never use it again.
I have lost 25 lbs in the first month. NO side effects.
Have tried all diets out there and nothing has ever worked to keep the weight off in the long run.

i ordered the trial and THEN read about how crooked the company is. supposed to be a free trial but it turns out they will charge you $90 at the end of the trial!! they didn’t state this when i placed my order online, you only find out when you dig around their website on how to cancel or contact them. i contacted them via phone and email for them to contact me but i have not heard a peep. i attemted to cancel my order BEFORE they shipped it, but they didn’t call back and stated that they only cancel orders via the phone. i didn’t get the chance. now i want an rma # so i can return it the second it arrives. no call back again…i can’t afford a charge of $90, so i went to the bank today to cancel my credit card!!!!! if they continue to play dirty they will receive some negative ‘PRESS’…i promise. (as in tv national press) how can companies get away with this type of ‘free trial offers’ when we all end up in the dumpster with their shenannigans?
Been on this for a month and 3 days. Lost 9 # so far. Very happy with that! But – getting the headaches. Feels like my sinus headaches that I get in August. Little fevers go with it. Nothing 2 ibuprofen won’t cure…Really want to stay with this as I’m desperate to get some weight off and don’t like WW etc. Bought 1st month at Costco, 2nd at Costco.com. NEVER order for free trial/postage. They always charge your card for more than you bargained for. I read every ad online, in magazines, on HSN etc. Went to Health Food Store and asked them about it. They endorsed, but way more expensive there. Costco was the best deal for trying for one month. ($29). Good luck everyone!
I am thinking about purchasing Sensa, but I don’t want to experience headaches or high bp, I guess I will stick with Salads and lots of water
Sensa and headaches. I’m not a doctor, but I do get cluster headaches. Cluster headaches are also called “suicide headaches” as they as so devastatingly painful.
Cluster headaches are caused by a malfunction in the Hypothalamus Gland. Sensa works on the Hypothalamus Gland.

I just started using Sensa yesterday. Used in the morning, then afternoon. All of a sudden, I started losing my hearing in my left ear. I immediately stopped using. Woke up in the morning and had a loud ringing in my ear. It is mid afternoon and I still have the ringing. DO NOT USE!!!!
Why is it that sensa will not accept money orders for there s&h payments. I do not have a debit or credit card, which I was told over the phone that this was all they would accept.For $1.95 I would think that this would be acceptable but this company wants to be able to sue someone if there cards are no good. If I was an illegal alein from Mexico there would be no problem. But I am a citizen born american, and should not have to fight for something like this. Who do you think you are where are my legal rights.
I ordered it, now I’m seeing all these horror stories about trying to return it. i just started it 3 days ago. I think I’m going to go ahead and return it and try to get out of it.
Fair warning on the return and the RMA, I am looking for those individuals who used tracking numbers by the post office, with the RMA code and that Sensa claims did NOT return the product and billed them anyway. My expectation (and personal experience), is those with Tracking codes get a billing a month and a half after the RMA return, and the hope by Sensa is they lost their tracking number as no billing came at the original 30 marker. This is a pattern of deceit if it exists and could be a subject of a class action suit. Lets say that 100% of all returned UPS tracked packages get billed anyway, and 100% of the non-tracked packages get billed, then the non-tracked are out of luck, so nothing can be done there UNLESS it can be proven that with tracking Sensa also has a pattern. Then when you refuse to pay and refuse to provide the tracking number until court day, request court and counter damages to your credit – new credit laws coming into effect – IF you still have the tracking number. Good Luck. The goal is to have Sensa change their business model. The other option is don’t buy the product if you don’t expect their return method to work.
I have purchased sense from Costco yesterday. Last night I experience that I have a hard time
Fall asleep and I ended up with no sleep all night. Now having lunch and sprinkle some sensa on my lunch again I feel light headache like yesterday, then I look up on the Internet I found out that not only me experience this. Should I stop taking it?
WOW THIS IS NUTS! IVE BEEN ON SENSA FOR A WEEK AND I HAVE BEEN SO SICK NOW. I BEEN HAVING MAJOR DIZZY SPELLS AS WELL AS BREATHING ISSUES. MY THROAT HAS TIGHTENED UP.
I FEEL MY BP HAS RISEN. I TOOK IT TONITE IT HAS DOUBLED WHAT IT NORMALLY HAS ALWAYS RANGED IN. I ALSO AM NOT A PERSON WHO GETS HEADACHES AND NOW I GET THEM.
I BEEN FEELING SICK ALL TOGETHER. I WAS LOOKING AT SUM WEBSITES TO WHERE PEOPLE WHO USED IT WARNED THAT THE CARMINE IN IT CAUSES HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AS WELL AS THE DIZZY SPELLS. THAT WHO WANTS THE ARTIFICIAL CRYSTALS IN THERE THAT STICKS TO UR INSIDES AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE THIS. SUM PPL REPORTED BEING IN BED FOR WEEKS NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THEM.

Has anyone have loose bowels from this? Maybe Im using too much- though I doubt it. What IS the correct amount of sprinkling?
Just got Sensa pkg, nine days after ordering ‘free’ trial; this gives me only a couple weeks to try it before I’d have to return it, which is not a good prospect. They say ‘sprinkle liberally’ so I am doing that, like the way I overuse salt. I have no headaches, or other problems so far, but think this free trial business is a crock as it does not give anyone sufficient time to avoid being charged full price for something that may just NOT work for you. Good to know it’s sold in stores as well, and is returnable, so I will send this stuff back in time to avoid being charged. Thanks for all the advice. I’ve found it a good practice to look up ‘complaints about _______’ before trying anything suspect, including Empire Carpeting.
Sensa is a scam! I was interested in trying it, but after I realized that they would automatically charge you, I deleted all of my info out of their system and left the site, without completing the order. The next day, I received an email that my order had shipped! The order was placed without authorization, and without even completing the ordering process. It is a total scam to get your credit card information. BUYER BEWARE!!! And keep checking your credit card statements for a long time!
I would suggest researching before buying ANY product. Don’t just buy it to try it.. this web site was part of my research. the other part is looking up what’s actually in sensa that supposedly makes it work.. also @angie- if your troat hurts & feels like it’s closing right after you take sense then you may have and alergic reaction to one or more ingrediants in the product. i would also suggest buying the product from stores in person- if not amazon or ebay could have it. although i have not bought this product, i know to well how these little ” as seen on tv” companies like to swindle or weedle more money off of you by conning you into believing or just randomly charging you ( stealing) the money they want to take. i’ve had the same problems with Salon express- i checked how much it cost to get it- but didn’t except for them to charge and they did any ways and sent me the package even though i told them i didn’t want it, the customer service would only send me in circles until they randomly hung up and i had to even go as far as putting a claim on the transaction to get my money back. so ladies- watch out for salon express and that product is way cheaper on amazon then on the site it self.. just letting you all know what i think.
I got a headache almost instantly when using Sensa. I quit using it a few times and went back on it to make sure it was the Sensa that was doing it. It was the Sensa! I was eating a little less when using it, but it is not worth having a migraine!
I started Sensa a week ago. I bought the first month kit at Costco so I don’t experience “costumer service” issues.
I have lost 2.8 lbs so far with Sensa! I eat healthy but couldn’t loose a single pound of weight before. I was 144 lbs and my goal is 135 lbs. I do not have head aches or funny taste in my mouth, I feel full all the time and when I feel like eating I eat less because I feel full faster. I think the product it’s doing exactly as it was advertised.
Sensa is a rip off! My credit card is up to $280.00 for ordering the $9.95 trial. They do not tell you everthing about how they add the $59.00 “coaching” charge, keep sending product after cancelling. Beware! It is a rip off! I declined the “coaching” was still charged $59.00 twice. I will never order anything of TV advertisments again!
I started 1 wk ago. I alrady lost 5 lbs. believed or not…I m very HAPPY with product I bought it at COTSCO.
I recently tried Sensa I was happy. It decreased my cravings for sweets and able to resist between meal snack. But I developed headaches after each use. After much thought and pain I sent the Sensa back today. Customer service very helpful,no problems at all.
I was searching on here to find month 4. I am nearing the end of month 3 and have been very happy with the product. I wanted to loose 15 lbs and so far I’m 7 lbs lighter. I have changed absolutely nothing in my diet or exercise. The only side effect I’ve noticed is things that I usually could not get enough of like cookies or chips, I am now content after eating one or two. Month 1 I could taste the salty tastents and month two I could taste the sweet tastents, but I have noticed nothing with month three. Month 1 I lost 2 lbs, month 2 I lost 3 lbs, and so far with month 3 I have lost 2.
I was thinking about trying this but after reading all the complaints on several sites I have changed my mind. There has to be something better then this. I only want to lose 30 pounds and I do exercise and I don’t eat many sweets or starches. I don’t eat red meat. But can’t seem to get the weight off or keep it off. But I AM NOT trying this. Return policies and procedures vary from dealer to dealer. This applies to most anything you purchase. I purchased Sensa from GNC and if I wanted to return it, I could just bring it back to the store and they would give me a full credit.
I have not experienced any side effects but I have noticed that I eat much slower and I do feel full much faster. I tried an Atkins type of diet last year and lost about 30 lbs but as soon as I started eating carbs again the weight plus some came right back extremely fast. I am hoping Sensa helps me reduce my portions and allows me to exercise more.

I have been using Sensa for a month and I have been having headaches as well. I don’t eat as much and I feel a difference in the way my clothes feel but the headaches scare me!! I don’t think I’ll continue because my overall health is what’s important.
I’ve been on Sensa for a week now. Haven’t lost any weight yet but I am hopeful. The only problem I’m having is headaches and not being able to sleep at night. Anyone else having these problems???
I used the product faithfully. I was determined to do it right and used it with every food and tried to use the correct amount. First, it did not reduce my appetite at all. I was shocked at how many times I went back for more helpings.
Secondly, I did taste the Sensa for salty foods and I hated the taste. In 30 days I not only didn’t lose a pound but I actually gained a couple of pounds. However, I did call and return the product within the time allotment so I didn’t have any problems with the company that way.
I have used sensa only 3 meals and I’ve noticed my throat feels like it is closed slightly after I use it. My throat also feels like it hurts like my gland is swollen. Let me know if anyone else is experiencing these side effects.
Do not fall for the 30 day trail. If they send it to you after 30 days you are required to send the unused portion it back. You will have to pay for shipping the item back also. If you do not send the item back they will charge your account for the portion you sent back.
Tital rip off then you try to cancel and they refuse to send you money back. I personally am going to the media this is such a rip off!!!! Stay away!! Trust me not worth it!

sensa does not work for everyone that is why they offer the trial for u to see if it works for u.you shuold not listen to others and try for yourself. you r the one with a goal to meet. so,the sooner you start the sooner will know how it is for you.at least you can “try before u buy’,that way i will not waste money on something that does not work.My cancelation was very easy, if you dont like what they offer simply decline
Haven’t tried it yet but tempted. The thing that confuses me is that their website says that you can manage your account online and lists cancellation as one of the options. Yet, I read elsewhere that you must call for an RMA. That’s why I won’t order. Heard their customer service is slimy or non-existent. Don’t want to fight to cancel. May play their game and order using a gift card so they can’t charge me again!

I just started the product 3 days ago. My appetite has decreased. However I believe that it has altered the taste of my food or may have just decreased the intensity of taste. I also noticed it left an after taste, so I am careful not to sprinkle too much. I did notice a fluttering in my chest, but by reducing the amount of sensa that feeling has subsided. I aggree that the free trial offer is a scam, but if I continue to lose weight I will accept the terms. I will report back as to the outcome in the weeks to come.
