		<description>I agree with Dr Peterson&#039;s statement that there is no such thing as spot reduction. You need to take a holistic approach. That is, you need to do some form of cardio for 30 minutes a day, three days per week. Then, you need to do total body strength training three days per week. Yes, situps, crunches, and all these sorts of devices can help enhance the look of your ab muscles and skin, but you need to burn the fat that covers your muscles and makes your skin look like cottage cheese. Then, and only then can you get maximum results.</description>
