  • Hi, I’ve found a blog where many people are trying this banana diet, I’ve added my opinion too in their board.

I’ve tried the diet for several weeks (this is the 2nd month) and I have to say that it works for me.
By the way, many others have different opinions (this is where the article is http://www.nanoda.com/en/japanese-cooking/asa-banana–the-morning-banana-the-new-diet-from-japan.html )
Btw, I think that the most important thing is to avoid sweets, even if the diet does not says it. In the first month I’ve eat a good amount of sweets, and results were not so great. So I’ve tried reducing them and now I’ve lost more than 2Kg in a month :)

I would be glad to share my experience with everyone is trying the diet. You can write me at elene97 at yahoo.com

    With friendship :-)

Hey, I really liked your explanation of the diet and why it works. The resistant starch in bananas is getting some media attention, so I don’t agree with you that the diet won’t continue to grow here in the states. Women’s World magazine just did a cover article about the Morning Banana Diet, and there are new websites about it for US dieters: http://www.dolenutrition.com/bananadiet/bananadiet.htm. Anyway, thanks for the advice.
