Hey! I’m on Medifast right now too… and I can’t find a condiment list. The link on your page is broken. I did start looking at the Walden Farms stuff, do you have favorites? any suggestions specifically?

Thanks, We fixed the link, don’t know why it broke. Thanks for the heads up! ALl the Walden Farms stuff is pretty good. We still use it despite the fact we lost all the weight we hoped and wanted to lose. I, and my wife, will never be overweight again!
