Medifast Product Review: Chocolate Mint Crunch Bar
I have yet to eat a Medifast Crunch Bar that I have not liked and the Chocolate Mint Crunch Bar is not an exception to that statement in any way, shape or form. I was surprised by how many Medifast Crunch Bars I received in my initial variety pack order and now that I have eaten a few of the assorted flavors I can see why they ship as many as they do. I think the reason they ship so many is because they know how good they taste and they are just giving their customers what they are asking to receive. It is evident in this review of Medifast Chocolate Mint Crunch Bars that the flavor of this selection is not only good, it is wonderful.
I have become accustomed to eating my crunch bar for breakfast on the days I am working. I do this because the first meal is always at 7 AM, which is the time that I clock into work. I eat the crunch bar because it is easy, convenient and I can do it right at my desk and there is no preparation in getting it ready to eat. At 7 AM I sit at my desk, grab my coffee and then nibble away at the daily selection and feel wonderful that I am getting such a tasty treat while being able to eat without deviating from the Medifast Meal Plan.
What I have to say in this review is that the mint is not over-powering and the chocolate is not overly chocolate tasting. The texture of the bar is very palatable and the hint of mint combined with chocolate always brings a smile to my face. Since I stage all of my Medifast Meals in Ziploc bags
My only complaint is that the bar should be about four or five times larger, but then I guess that would sort of defeat the purpose of Medifast… so I guess I will survive just fine on the size provided. 
Overall I must say that I really enjoy the Chocolate Mint Crunch Bar and it is one meal that I will order again and again, month after month, because they really do taste great. For the purpose of this review I just want to say that this meal is a double thumbs up. If you enjoy chocolate and just a hint of mint flavor, then you too will like this bar. I was never a big mint fan and yet I still enjoy the way this bar tastes. The mint is in no way over-powering and yet, when combined with the chocolate taste, they both just sort of quietly meet to bring out one exceptional flavor that I just love to eat.
As you may have noticed in the photo above that I ate the bar before I took the picture, because I love them that much. I was getting set up and decided that I did not want to wait to eat it, so I just ate it and the picture above is all that is left!
