Medifast Peanut Butter Crunch Bar Review

The Medifast Peanut Butter Crunch Bar really should be considered a candy bar and this review is really easy to do because it tastes great.  I have to tell you that I am not alone in the circle of people I have “mentored” into the Medifast Weight Loss Diet that also love this and consider it a treat.

Simply put, if you like candy bars and you like peanut butter there is no reason why you should not enjoy a Medifast Peanut Butter Crunch Bar.  It is tasty and it also offers the flavor of peanut butter that quietly bursts into flavor in your mouth.

For me a crunch bar is always my 7AM meal as that is the time I am at work and it is convenient to eat it there.  I enjoy almost all of the Medifast Crunch Bars but I hold the peanut butter flavor in high esteem.  I eat at least one bar everyday and I really enjoy the flavor in each one, but peanut butter crunch tastes great.

If you enjoy peanut butter, you should enjoy a Medifast Peanut Butter Crunch bar as well.   It is really that simple!  The hard part to believe is that this is considered a Medifast Meal and that means it is healthy and nutritious to eat.  All of this and weight loss too!  Include this as one of your five daily Medifast Meals and see how easy it is to lose weight while not experiencing hunger and not feeling deprived from having flavorful treats

Yes, the PBC bar is my favorite as well. I usually only eat ONE bar per day, but it’s good to know that ANY 5 Medifast meals will not affect your weight loss or Ketosis mode. It is however, important to take note of what you eat w/your “Lean & Green” meal. I absolutely love the program. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m down 20lbs!! Whoo Hoo!!!

If you ate more than one per day, this might place you higher in calorie and carbohydrate intake. Its not worth one bar placing you in jeopardy of getting out of ketosis or of not seeing the weight loss that you are hoping for.

Editor’s comment: A person can eat five of these peanut butter crunch bars if you so desire with no possibility of not following the Medifast Plan. You may be confused with the green wrapper MAINTENANCE bars. Those bars are meant for the Medifast Transition Plan and have nothing to do with the losing weight portion of the Medifast Plan.
For clarity, a person could eat up to five medifast meals a day on the 5 and 1 Plan. Of those 5 Medifast Meals you could eat as many of these bars as you desire…up to 5 that is…per day.
