Education is a big factor for weight loss. Knowing your calories and the importance of different food groups helps making the right food choices much easier.
Great information.I too have found that there is a lot of mis information on the internet about health.I find that by regular activity, such as sport, its discipline and related nutrition, food choice, and effective methods
Life style changes, that is the solution – at least that is what works best for me. i think it is important also to listen to your body and honor it for the fabulous job it does instead of getting caught up in self ridicule. Motivation is a great topic, I need to stay in touch with what motivates me. Thanks!
I’m glad to hear that. Recently, I decided to start losing weight and eat healthy too. I made up this decision because I’m been dragging myself to lose weight and struggling with my own comfort. Good to hear that you made up your decision too.
