L-Carnitine Supplementation

I Choose Thin received a phone call this past week from a student that was all excited about a tidbit of information she had heard about L-Carnitine Supplementation and the effects on weight loss.  After spending some time on the telephone it has once again been confirmed that there is little hope that this I Carnitine will be the major breakthrough that people are seeking.  Once again the hopes of the obese are dashed to learn that the only valid way to lose weight and be healthy today is to do it the old fashioned way. You have to burn it! You have to tend to the type and quantities of calories you consume.  Once again those seeking weightloss the fast and easy way will be dismayed that if you desire to lose weight you are going to have to eat better, exercise more and  follow a sensible diet or meal plan.  We want you to realize that diet pills that work, do not exist.  The main purpose of ANY diet pill on the market today is to make the manufaturer of the pill wealthy.  The sooner you understand and accept that diet pills do not work the better off, as a person, you will satrt to become.

Here at I Choose Thin we would love nothing more than to be able to take a wonder drug or a diet pill and have the fat just fall off.  We know that people struggle with weight loss on a daily basis and the battle is ongoing and constant.  We know that everyday you are faced with choices and that some days the choices you make are better than others.  We know there are days that you wake up with rigid determination that the day will be a good day to lose weight.  We know that there are those nights that when you return to sleep that some food choices were not as good as they should have been. 

Everyday presents an opportunity for you to become the person you have always wanted to be or become.  We know that if you need to lose 100 pounds that you wil not be able to ever do it fast enough.  We know that there are those mornings when yesterday you made the right choices yet the bathroom scale tells you different.  We know that the discouragement of perception is enough to make you want to give up and just remain over weight.  We are here to advise you to not give up because then you are giving up on yourself and the person you have the potential to become.  The potential person that you are is just skin deep and the birth of that person is not born through weight loss.  The birth of that person is born through emerging self esteem and a growing self worth.  We want you to stop trying to lose 100 pounds and just worry about loseing one pound.  You just need to wake up tomorrow and do your best to get through that one day.  You just need to try to become that person you desire to become for 16 hours. (You sleep the other 8)  After you awaken and you jump on that scale do not put much weight in the results.  This is because what you did yesterday is done.  What you did earlier is over with and there is nothing you can do to change the reality of what you have chosen to do earlier.  If you made a poor food choice yesterday then plan to make a better one today.  Did you ever stop to understand that you can never undo anything you did even if you did it one second ago.  Once something has been done you cannot undo the decision.  What you can do is stop worrying about what you did and focus on what you are going to do.  Stop worrying about how you got where you are and start to plot out the path that will take you where you want to go on your health and weight loss journey.  Start with the goal of just one pound today and soon you will have enough days behind you that those pounds and those one-half pounds will add up.  Start making better choices here and now and try everyday to become better at those choices.  It is unrealistic to think you can lose 100 pounds today but it is realistic to lose 1.5 pounds in the next nine days.  If you were to lose just 1.5 pounds every nine days you would lose over 50 pounds in one year.  As you can see, losing 1.5 pounds is so much easier to wrap your head around than having to lose 100 pounds.  You may think that an entire year to lose fifty pounds is too long but what will happen if you do not dedicate yourself to making better choices on a moment to moment basis.  If you could lose 50 pounds in a week you would be thrilled so why so sad to have it take one year?

 

Stop putting your faith into things like L-Carnitine Supplementation and start putting faith into yourself.  Start off with your choices that are made today and those days will add up into a better tomorrow.  Healthy weight loss is what long term weight loss is all about.  Here at I Choose Thin we are rooting for you and not some diet product that only has been tested on rats and animals.  We want you to choose health and that choice is yours to make which will lead your tomorrow.  That tomorrow holds the promise of a thinner and healthier person you want to see in that mirror.  What you do not see there today is only skin deep and the choices you make on a moment to moment basis will reveal that person is awaiting your embrace. 

Choose well and you will embrace health first and thinness will follow.
