Hi! The best way to lose weight or stop smoking is to stop eating so much and just put your cigarettes down and leave them down. It is all mental. I stopped smoking cold turkey after 45 years and just ate 2 small meals a day until I lost 20 pounds.I have kept it off for 15 years and it was the same with smoking as I have not smoked in 15 years. As I said earlier, it is mental. Just use the side of the brain that tells you to not eat so much or smoke and use it to over power the side that tells you to smoke or overeat. The thing is to never eat until you are full.

I don’t think Sensa is a scam, but it is expensive. It worked during my trial month. I found eating slower helps the appetite supressant kick in a little earlier. I canceled my membership and returned the unused product. They refunded 100% of my money $98.50. If you cancel you must do it on time and return all unused product.

Sensa is a SCAM — do NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD — even if you clearly stipulate NO AUTO SHIP — ONE PURCHASE ONLY — they record your credit card & send an auto ship anyway — it is bad enough that the product does not work but fighting to get a credit for a “6 month” shipment YOU DID NOT ORDER and being forced to pay for shipping charges to return product you did not order is the height of “scumminess”. SENSA IS TOTALLY A SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw it on television. It was on the news, they showed a girl who sprinkled it on her food and she ended up eating less. I wouldn’t do the vinegar because 2 people that did the vinegar ended up with cancer. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or not.
