Is Medifast Only For Morbidly Obese People?
I am thinking about starting the medifast diet plan and I am afraid it will not work well for me because I am only about 40 pounds overweight. I’m not exactly at a healthy weight, and would like to get in better shape. I know that Medifast is approved by Johns Hopkins weight loss center to help the really overweight people but I worry that since I do not need to lose 100′s of pounds that I will be wasting my money.
It is not that I think Medifast is a scam, because I do not feel that way. I am just worried that I am not fat enough to really get the full effect from the program.

I must say from experience that I used Medifast about a year ago and I lost about 10 lbs the first week or so. Since I was only 30lbs overweight it did not work as fast as someone that would be very overweight. I’m 5’2 and weighed 150lbs I went down to 134lbs. This time I am ready to stick with an exercise regiment so I do not gain it all back again. I think in conjunction with Medifast it will be a great success.
I have no doubt that it works for people like you and i because I used it and it did work well. Now the intent is to combine it with exercise and not only drop the weight, but this time keep it off for good!
