Yes losing weight is a process and it needs consistent work and effort. Also one reason why some dieters say that is because they are good beginners but not finishers. It has been my problem too before but overcame it. Now I am losing 3 pounds per week. Not bad hey. What I do is I do the very bsic and not boring exercise, I walk for 30 minutes a day and some times an hour and I take a weight loss supplement.
If you want to loss your weight you must motivate your self first so that you can do it successfully.
