Yes I was very surprised but ive worn the BB for 3 nights now and it tells me about 500 every night. I am getting back into my exercises again i was slacking off on it. My plan is to do a mix of c25k p90x and my gym/pool workouts. As long as i’m hitting my strength and cardio goals for the week. Vader (crazy black dog) yeah he’ll look out the window for hours watching squirels,birds,rabits,and cats
)I’m a little leary of uping my calories but Yes Damion needs to eat more for sure. Thanks trav
Wow 500 cal in your sleep! Did you find it really hard to sleep because you were so excited about using it? Also are you exercising more because of the same reason?
Great to see the crazy big black dog in the video. For some reason I was smiling when he was staring out the window.
Also great to hear about you increasing your calorie intake to what it should be…now only if we can get Damion to do the same.
