Free weight loss is virtually found all over the Internet until the time comes to actually getting to the “free” part.  If you desire to lose weight and you are looking for a weight loss plan that is free you have found what you are looking for, right here.  We are not selling diet plans or diet books or even club memberships.  What we are giving you for free is some easy to follow weight loss information.  Since knowledge is power then you are about to become a very powerful person in the field of being able to lose weight and become healthy and full of fitness again.

If you think it is difficult to lose weight stop and think about that and realize that the reverse of that statement is true.  For you to remain over weight you need to ensure you have food around the home or always be going out to some restaurant to eat.  How much of your life is centered around food?  How much time do you spend each and every day thinking about what you are going to eat and where you will eat?  How often do you think about food?  If you are like many people then you spend more time thinking about your next meal than you  may realize.  The point is that for you to continue being overweight you spend more time and effort on food than if you were a skinny person.  Although a thin person may or may not eat as much as you do, the point remains.  Eating and planning to eat requires more  physical, mental and emotional effort than eating to lose weight.  You did not become obese by just thinking about food but the amount of time and effort you spent on food was over and above a casual relationship.

Now think about how much work and effort it would take to maintain a healthy BMI.  You would eat less and yet you would get to eat more often.  You would not have to race out to the fast food restaurant as often and that will save you time, effort and money.  When you did eat you would be eating less more often but the time spent preparing the food would become much less.   Many people do not want to lose weight because they consider it to take too much effort.  Did you ever think that it actually may require more effort to be overweight?

I agree you can lose weight for free all on your own - why should you pay someone money for something you can do yourself? I went from a size 18 to 11 & still going strong with my own diet plan and share it on my site completely free. We want to slim our waists, not our wallets :)
