The Biggest Loser Series premiere for season 8 is scheduled for September 15 2009. The casting call for season 9 has already begun and it is safe to say that we can expect back to back seasons for The Biggest Loser. We here at IChooseThin can’t wait to sit ourselves down and watch episode after episode because of the simple fact that we have been motivated to make weight loss a reality for a few of the employees. As you may already know this article is an addition to our ongoing 6 month review rating the BodyBugg. We write this in theme with The Biggest Loser because we first saw the BodyBugg on the arms of the players in scene after scene, season after season, on The Biggest Loser. I wear the BodyBugg all day and it gives me no discomfort whatsoever. I actually forget to take it off and I actually want it on my arm all of the time. When I sit down at the computer and compare my calories burned to calories eaten it excites me to see that I should be losing weight. I now want to go for a walk because I now can see what an impact it has on my life. I went for a five mile walk tonight and it took about two hours. I took the German Sheppard and I could actually look at the graph and see the few minutes I stopped at a park bench to take a brief rest. I look back on the early part of my day and I can even see the time I arrived at work and sat at my desk, when my calorie burn almost stopped. I can look back at my day and there is one “ah-ha moment” after another. To see the information on my computer screen of how many calories I burned during different activities, takes the statistics out of the textbooks and magazines and places them squarley into my reality. To see the facts and figures of my day on my computer monitor is just plain awesome and damn motivating!

One thing is for sure though and that is when September 15 2009 rolls around and The Biggest Loser appears on my television screen, this season will be different for me. I, for the first time, will be sitting in front of the boob tube NOT being sad and regretful that I once again am still fat and doing nothing about the fact that I am overweight! This will be the first season that I will start The Biggest Loser knowing that I am losing weight and that I am doing all I can do to become a healthy weight. As I travel through my days I hear Jillian Michaels telling me to take my hands off the treadmill rails. I think of the episode where Bob Harperhad a meltdown and wish I could get some training from him. The day is coming for the season premiere and I am glad that I not only will get to see another episode of The Biggest Loser, but I am sooooograteful that I have The BodyBugg, which has kicked me down the weight loss path in ways I never anticipated. The simple fact is that I have gotten off the couch and started to make the lifestyle change and The BodyBugg has helped me start that journey.

This season I am going to be ready and that motivation may come from within, but it started by watching The Biggest Loser. I love my BodyBugg and as of this date, it is nothing but an asset in my quest to lose weight. As the days roll on I love to look back on the history my BodyBugg provides because that is what I am using to take me into my future.
