Diet should be contain all the necessary nutrients required by the body. It should be firm enough.
Diet plans are very difficult to maintain. It needs great enthusiasm & will power. Also diet plan should contain balanced diet with sufficient nutrients required for the body.
I hear ya! Sticking to a diet plan is the hardest thing. The key is that you have to have will power.
