    Drinking a lot of water is a great part of ways to lose weight. Though if you take too much sodas and alcohol, drink a lot of water won’t help you reduce weight.

    Beer is extremely fattening, but if you must drink it you can always drink one of the light beers. I’m not sure how big the difference between them and non-light beers are, but it’s worth a try.
