Does The BodyBugg Work?
If you are just looking for an answer to the question “Does the BodyBugg work?” I will give you the quick answer and that is yes, so far. If you are looking for an answer with a bit more substance then let me tell you a story about what happened with The BodyBugg just the other day. As you know there are a few associates here at IChooseThin.com that are quietly evaluating The BodyBugg system, without the knowledge of 24Hour Fitness. Here is what my co-worker learned the other day about BodyBugg, and how interesting and informative the knowledge gained really was.
The call came through from the personal BodyBugg trainer (comes with the purchase of BodyBugg) and over the course of the 45 minute telephone call many facts and other interesting tidbits were passed along to the office personnel that were quietly listening to the call. Some knew this, but many did not and this one fact is the basis why we, as an office, are starting to form the opinion that The BodyBugg system works very well.
As the phone call took place the conversation progressed towards the fact that a BodyBugg user has to enter the calories consumed into the online user program. This simply means that a user has to enter what foods they ate during the course of the day, on their computer. It was at this time that we learned just how inaccurate the labels on food really are. A large percentage of our office personnel were shocked to realize that the way they counted their calories all these years, was just outright wrong. What was learned is that the serving size on the package is really not an accurate representation of what is being eaten. Our BodyBugg test person was informed by their BodyBugg coach that we should be entering all the food we eat as grams and not just take the serving size for granted.
A quick trip to the office pantry found a loaf of bread and a scale. When one slice of bread was examined and compared to the food label it was revealed that the slice (one serving) should weigh 26 grams. Upon placing the slice of bread on the scale, it was revealed that one slice really weighed between 28 and 29 grams. What this meant was that the amount of calories consumed was more than what the user was counting. What this means is that even the most dedicated dieter was heading down a failed course before they even placed the food in their mouth. What this means is that a person could never trust they were making the right choices when it came down to what foods were to be eaten. This discussion is about just one slice of bread, but do not think it stops there. The food portions of restaurants is so out of whack that it is no surprise why there is so much difficulty for millions of people to lose weight.
The calorie content of one slice of bread may not seem like much, and it really is not. What is important is that those calories, of all the foods eaten during the course of the day do add up, and that is what can be devastating to a person’s weight loss attempt. How many people have tried diet after diet and have failed? If the IChoose Thin.com office staff is any indicator of how exciting this one tiny revealed fact is, this will prove to be a vital piece of the weight loss mystery for the thousands of our readers also.
If you are thinking this does not really answer the question as to whether The BodyBugg really works, think again. This is just the start of what is turning out to be a great six month experiment. If this one itsy-bitsy fact awed so many staff members the way it did, the masses of the population will be awed also.
As we continue this 6 month review of The BodyBugg we want you to know that the amount of information that is revealed about the activity a person does in one day, is beyond useful. At first the information revealed by using BodyBugg is almost overwhelming, but as the days pass it is all starting to be understood. BodyBugg is really a major source of information that a person trying to lose weight needs to have to help make food and exercise decisions. Does the BodyBugg work? Yes it does and this article is only one of the early entries of how great is can be for a person that has struggled to understand their own weight loss.
Many did not sign up to be a BodyBugg test subject ,to perform this review, and now many are sorry they did not. I am glad I decided to review BodyBugg because I think I may have found a real weight loss tool. I look forward to making future entries about my BodyBugg weight loss journey. I hope you too will follow my journey. I hope it turns out as good as I think it will.
