Diet Motivation
Diet motivation is actually what decides whether you eat too many calories in a day compared to how many calories you burn. It does not matter what diet plan you are on or how many pounds you desire to lose, it all comes down to your motivation to lose weight. As most people have learned it is not the amount of motivation you have that determines weight loss, it is the duration of that motivation. What the deciding factor of long-term weight loss is the ability to sustain your motivation for the duration of your weight loss journey and beyond. No matter how motivated you are today your weight loss goals will fail if your motivation does not endure long enough to actually lose the weight.
All too often you start a diet plan and refuse the cookies and skip the cake at the office party and soon a few days and weeks pass and that motivation gives way to the choices you initially refused. After an initial weight loss the motivation begins to falter and then sooner or later you just chalk it up to another failed weight loss attempt.
If you have been the victim of failed weight loss attempts we invite you to visit our free web site that offers ideas as to how to become, and more importantly, stay motivated long enough to lose the weight. You are invited to jump over to I Choose Thin.com and read about motivation and how it affects your overall diet motivation. This blog you are on is just the tip of the iceberg for the website. I Choose Thin has been the labor of love and we only desire to help you lose weight and learn about how you can get it done and be able to do it this time!
Good Luck,
Keith and Sue
