From what I’ve seen, eDiets is a viable option for weight loss. The most important thing to remember when it comes to weight loss is that you’re not going to do it (healthily anyway) without throwing a little bit of exercise into the mix.
Thank you! The biggest loser has inspired me to become a better mother, wife, & most importantly a better ME! I want to be a healthy example for my children.

Ok, i’m in a group of people who are fighting whole life with a fat, the other day i was surfing trying to find “final’ solution i was a bit shocked by dr.Suzane Gu…something, having some unbelievable claims about weight loss at .com so i was wondering if i should get that?be aware if you go to this site you will be atleast- scared.Anyway this is my, hopefully, last FAT year.
I am a busy mom of 3 and definitely have weight issues. I am not a pill fan. I recently joined eDiets and love it. Tons of info and I can log on and get support at anytime.
