How Good Is The BodyBugg V3?
I would really like to hear how others explain what BodyBug V3 does for their weight loss goals. I have heard all about what it does on the radio and
TV advertisements but I would like to hear from everyday typical BodyBugg users and what their experiences with using the BodyBugg has been like. I want to know about Bodybugg and how good it is at counting calories. I would also like to know about how well the armband fits if I have really large arms.I really would like some open and honest advice before I decide to plunk down the cash needed to order one.
Thanks!

Can you not lose weight unless you're on the biggest loser?
It seems that if you’re not in the gym, like living in a gym, you’re not going to lose weight.
Can somebody please expose the flaw in that logic, and just rectify this so I don’t feel like a complete loser?

Is BodyBugg Worth The Money To Buy?
I am on sort of a fixed income and want to lose weight and have heard about how great the Body Bugg can be and wanted to get one. I see the price is around $200.00
and then about another $90.00 for the wrist band read out device. I was thinking of getting a Body Bugg but am afraid of wasting money I can’t afford in the first place. Does anyone have any opinions on how effective the BodyBugg is for them?I do not think I will be able to afford the wrist band but think that I am better off getting just the BodyBugg because that will be better than having nothing at all and just keep gaining weight. I was really hoping that there are some p[eople out in cyberspace that are in a similar financial situation such as myself and have already ordered their bodybugg.
I am hoping to find opinions of people that did not have alot of money (college students, single moms) and ordered it anyway. Was it worth it? Are you happy with the BodyBugg?
Should I order a BodyBugg to help me lose weight? Please help.

BodyBugg: Water, Wet and Ruined?
This is pretty much one of the easiest articles that we can write about BodyBugg. The BodyBugg that you wear on your arm is not a piece of equipment that you would want to get wet. You may be able to step in and out of the shower quickly without any permanent damage, but if you jump in a pool with it on there is a good chance it will be ruined.
If you would look closely at your armband you will notice that at the point where the USB rests in the ring, there is a small rubber plug. Although that plug may keep out the splash from a forgotten moment or two in the shower, it will do little to protect the unit if it gets submerged in water.
For some reason the wireless digital wristband is water resistant up to 30 meters, or 98 feet. It is sort of paradoxical for the digital readout to be water resistant and the main unit to not be water resistant. Maybe this is because there is a plan in the works for a water resistant BodyBugg in the future?
Regardless of what may come in the future you need to realize that at this moment in time the BodyBugg should not be taken in the shower and it needs to stay out of the pool. If it were to be soaked, it will be ruined because it is electronic and we all know what happens to electronics if they get wet while turned on.
If you should find yourself in a light rain the BodyBugg should be fine, but if you are caught in a torrential downpour, with no shelter or umbrella, you should take it off and stuff it in your pocket for safe keeping. I have worn mine in numerous Florida thunderstorms and have never had a problem. I have had mine on for over one year now.
In closing just try to keep your BodyBugg dry. Do not swim with your BodyBugg. Do not shower with your BodyBugg. After a bit of thought there is only one way that I know of that you can get the BodyBugg wet with no adverse effects. The way that I speak of is with sweat. Sweat has never bothered my unit one bit.
Although sweat has caused me to order replacement arm bands, it has never caused any problems with the functioning of the unit. The only thing sweating has ever done to my BodyBugg is cause me to order replacement straps. I really do not mind getting the straps because I love to see the calorie burn go up while my weight goes down.
In closing, water is bad for a BodyBugg unless it is sweat. Try as hard as you can to keep your BodyBugg out of the shower, the pool and of course rivers and ponds and lakes and any other body of water you can think about.
How To Sync BodyBugg With The Wireless Digital Display
If you are interested in learning how to sync the BodyBugg wireless digital display with the actual “brain” of the BodyBugg calorie management system. What you are doing when you sync the display is simply tapping into the information that BodyBugg has collected and making it understandable by way of the display.
You will need to synchronize (sync) the digital display when you first get it and then you will also need to sync it when you have the BodyBugg off your arm for any length of time. Another time you will need to sync the digital display with the BodyBugg unit is if the display is out of range for too long of a period of time, which is just a matter of minutes.
One thing you need to understand if you are having trouble syncing your unit is that you can’t simply place the BodyBugg on your arm and expect it to be able to sync at that exact moment. You will need to wait a few moments after you place the BodyBugg on your arm before you try to sync. This is because you need to allow the monitor time to catch it’s bearings and figure out what is going on with your body.
With that said, just watch the video below and much of what you need to understand will be explained by watching the video.
