The Biggest Loser Season 12

Biggest Loser (Season 12) and BodyBugg

I have been watching The Biggest Loser for all 12 seasons and this season will hold a great mystery to me, if nobody mentions that the black band, or thing worn on the arms of The Biggest Loser players is called BodyBugg.  Last year Bob Harper did not mention one word about the device, and yet it was on the arm of every player in virtually every scene that was filmed in the gym!  Since The Biggest Loser really is simply one continuous commercial, it perplexes me that BodyBugg gets so much airtime…and it is never mentioned on the show.  Since everything that is shown on camera is a carefully placed item I really wonder why that thing on the arm of the contestants is never mentioned, or explained.

In past seasons there would be commercials mixed in about BodyBugg, and Bob Harper would even sit down and explain to his team what BodyBugg was all about.  As shown in this link to another article on this blog. (Click here to watch video)

I posted this brief article so you, the reader will be able to have the answer to your question of “What is that thing on the arm of The Biggest Loser Players?”  I also know that by simply answering that one question, you will have many more questions because of the answer.  The reason I know this is because once a person that is starting to get serious about weight loss learns about BodyBugg, the questions just start to flow one after another.  For that reason I have created a link to many of the commonly asked questions I have seen come forth over the last few years by people looking for information that explains what Biggest Loser players are wearing on their arms.

This short article is really only touching the surface of the capabilities of using BodyBugg to lose weight, and since I have been writing about it for years, please feel free to go through the many articles published here about BodyBugg.   Note the tab at the top of this page titled “BodyBugg Review.”   Although this article was just a brief explanation, at least you now know what is worn on The Biggest Loser ranch.  It is still a mystery to me how the product ends up on the show… episode after episode, and season after season, with no advertisements or explanations being offered.  I guess maybe BodyBugg no longer chooses to pay to advertise on the show and the makers of the show still choose to use it because it is so effective?

What do you think?
