Sensa Review; Does It Help Weight Loss?
An interesting thing happened the last few weeks of using Sensa. I learned more about myself than Iever thought I could learn by ordering Sensa. I ordered the Sensa Sprinkles Weight Loss System and what I did not realize is that I would finally learn why I suffer from obesity. I now know that the reason I weigh 85 pounds more than I should is because I have an emotional eating issue that I have not dealt with before. What Sensa has done for me is made me aware of the fact that I cannot, or will not stop eating when I feel full.
I will not argue the effectiveness of Sensa. I used it every time I ate and the key to Sensa working is that you will stop eating sooner. It has these things called Tastants in it that stimulate your pituitary gland to secrete the hormone your body uses to tell you it is time to stop eating. By starting the signaling process sooner, it is suppose to help a person not eat as much at meal time.
What I have learned is that I have a problem with listening to that signal that tells me to stop eating. Using Sensa has made me aware of the fact that I am full and I should stop shoveling the food into my mouth. For some unknown reason that puzzles me is that I still WANT to eat past the point of being full.
As I sit here and write this review of Sensa I have learned that the product may work. If Sensa does what it says it does, I still have trouble doing what I want to do. The big question really should be is if I really want to lose weight. I feel as if there is a battle going on inside that says “eat more”, while my brain is saying “stop”. I know I do not need to eat that last slice of pizza but yet I want to shove it down my throat and then feel bad about eating it in the first place.
We here give Sensa a positive nod in the fact that it does make you more aware of being full sooner. We do not dispute the fact that Sensa helps a person eat less and feel full faster. The problem is the part about listening to those feelings. What Sensa has done is made me aware of the fact that I (we) have an issue with food. Sure, you may say “DUH!”, but the point is that Sensa has made me aware of the fact that I like to over eat and binge eat every so often. I do not know if Sensa really works because of the reasons they say it works, Sensa may be just a placebo, but I really no longer feel that way. I do know that because of Sensa I have discovered that I have a problem being able to stop eating when I am full. If it were not for Sensa, I may have never realized that nugget of a fact.
Despite my poor eating habits I have lost almost five pounds in two weeks. The big question I have for myself is how good I would do if I actually cooperated with myself?
Sensa Complaints
The new weight loss system called Sensa has had alot of positive press lately. We have had numerous questions asking what the complaints have been for Sensa, among those that have used the product.We have come to the conclusion that some sites love the stuff and want you to buy it so they can make a buck. Some would sell their very soul if it made them rich so they speak well about whatever it is that they can sell. We have seen this with many weight loss products that is in our opinion…. failures! Hoodia, Acai and even Alli are all products we tested, evaluated and really do not think work that well. The interesting thing about Sensa is that we have looked long and hard and have found nothing to show there are any serious complaints against Sensa as a weight loss aid. Sure we found some complaints, but they were really for non-essential reasons, yet they were Sensa complaints.
One of the most common complaints we have heard about Sensa is that people find it too hard for new users to remember to use it on everything they eat. People have stated on more than one Sensa forum that all too often they would be half way through their meal before they would remember to sprinkle the Tastants on their food. Some people even resorted to writing a fairly large “S” on their hand to remind themselves.

One complaint was the fact that it causes a headache in some users, which was not common, but there were some people who claimed they got headaches. Looking at the ingredients in Sensa and noticing the FDA says they are all safe to use (GRAS Ingredients) makes this complaint one we kind of look at sideways. In the end though we say “whatever floats your boat!” There were not many complaints out there about it causing headaches, but we must report what we have discovered.
By far the biggest complaint we had heard was the fact that Sensa customer service is ruthless in not refunding money after people paid the full price for Sensa and then learned about the FREE offer that has been on and off again or no longer available at the moment. Some were upset, while others accepted that they paid what they paid.
Sensa complaints are more than likely any other product in the world. Some will love it and yet others will hate it. What it does for you is what you are willing to let happen. If you want to control portion size, then go for it! Sensa may work for you in a way that you will have no Sensa complaints to complain about after all!
