We here at I Choose Thin have reviewed many weight loss products and Sensa has not been an exception in escaping the scrutiny of our ever critical weight loss eye.  Does Sensa work is a question many have emailed us and after over one year we feel compelled to answer the question.  The purpose of this article is to demonstrate to the masses that if they are overweight, then doing something is beter than doing nothing and if Sensa can work for them, the improvement to the quality of their life can be immeasurable.  Does Sensa work?  Lets check it out!

The premise behind Sensa is that you sprinkle it on your food right before you eat and then while you are eating the tastants will be activated and through that activation your body will begin to accelerate the process of feeling full.  We know, for a fact, that the process of eating and feeling full does have a delay of about 20 minutes since it takes time for the food to reach the stomach pouch and then give time for the brain to process the results of having a full tummy.  That full tummy is what tells a person that it is time to stop eating.  The theory behind Sensa is that it speeds up the process which would mean that a person would eat less food at a sitting.  When a person eats less food it can be called portion control, and that rally is what losing weight is all about.

Does Sensa work has been asked and when you think about the story of how it works, it really is intended to provide the same results as weight loss surgery.  Weight loss surgery is intended to reduce the size of the stomach pouch through mechanical intervention, which really means that one’s stomach is reduced in size through amputation.  Although the entire pouch is not removed, weight loss surgery does remove a large portion of one’s stomach.  The end result is that a person will WANT to eat less because with the smaller, reduced stomach a person will feel full faster.

An interesting thing happened the last few weeks of using Sensa. I learned more about myself than Iever thought I could learn by ordering Sensa. I do know that because of Sensa I have discovered that I have a problem being able to stop eating when I am full. If it were not for Sensa, I may have never realized that nugget of a fact.

Despite my poor eating habits I have lost almost five pounds in two weeks. The big question I have for myself is how good I would do if I actually cooperated with myself?
