What To Expect When Ordering Medifast Diet Meals
I created this short Medifast video to help you visualize and understand what you can expect when you place your order for Medifast Diet or Medifast Replacement Meals. Just to be clear I want you to understand that each of the boxes in the video contain what are referred to as 7 Medifast Meals. Each of those meals (ie: cheese puffs, pancakes, pretzels…) count as one of the 5 meals that are eaten daily when doing the Medifast 5 and 1 Meal Plan.
The video provides a brief and informal look at what a person can expect when they open up their first Medifast order. The actual menu selection that is available is much, much larger than what you see in the video. The menu that is available from Medifast has about 70 different meals that can be chosen from. The choices that we did for the video simply reflect what Sue and I like to eat.
Since I work in big box retail (a big blue home improvement store) I choose the meals that are easy to just grab and eat throughout my day. I actually get to eat about every 2 to 3 hours, which makes me feel like I am not really on a diet. I first thought that I would have a hard time eating 5 Medifast Meals everyday, but I learned it really is a simple thing to do.
I have also learned, that by eating meals as you see in the video, I am saving money. By not eating out at Subway or some other fast food place my overall food bill has actually gone down. I now really understand what Medifast means by being “cost neutral” because the price I pay for the meals often ends up being cheaper than eating one meal out! I have learned that I not only save calories, I am saving money too.
The last thing I want to do is show you my Medifast before and after photographs. I lost about 112 pounds over 5 1/2 months by eating the meals, such as you see, in the video. If you want to lose weight …I mean really want to lose weight… more than just lip-service….I mean if you really want to become thin, then try Medifast. I can say this because it is the only thing that has worked for my wife and I. Check out our photographs below and see for yourself. Medifast is the real deal and I feel this strongly because it is the only weight loss plan that empowered us enough to not only lose the weight but to also be able to keep that weight off!

We added this video we found on YouTube because of the upbeat tempo of the music. We must tell you that her success story is not uncommon when talking about Medifast. The average person that chooses to lose weight using Medifast does lose significant amount of weight. The driving force behind the successof Medifast is that it really does work so seeing success stories all over the Internet is a common thread of Medifast. If you have not noticed there really is not anybody saying bad things about Medifast. The only time we see bad things being said about Medifast is when they are just trying to sell you a different product.

Tyler Synan and Medifast Sucess Story Video
For anyone who doubts that Medifast can work should watch this video where Tyler Synan who is only 20 years old and lost 165 pounds. I would love to tell you that this story is amazing, but for medifast, it really is quite typical. I lost over 100 pounds and I never made the news. My wife lost over 70 pounds and she never made the news. I will also say that even though it is great to hear the wonderful weight loss new of Tyler, it is standard operating proceedure for people that order Medifast and follow the plan.
Don’t wait till you are in a hospital bed with medical issues and life threatening disease. It is a shame that so many people wait until they are really sick before they make a change. You don’t have to wait until you are a type 2 diabetic before you make a change in your life. The only thing holding you back is…..you. I wish I could reach out through your computer monitor and give you a hug of encouragement because if Sue and I could lose weight, anyone can make it happen.

Medifast Video: How To Organize
We here at IChooseThin.com are getting geared up to start trying Medifast ourselves and we have been reading and watching
as much as we can about Medifast and we really liked this video. Granted this video has poor sound quality but it really offers some pretty good ideas as to how to best implement the Medifast Meal Plan. With the ideas that she mentions in this short video it should help any Medifast user whether they are new users or old users.
