BodyBuggSP Review

I have been a BodyBugg user for well over one year and I have been waiting for the BodyBugg and my iPhone be more compatible and with the BodyBuggSP, all of my hopes have been fulfilled.  For this BodyBuggSP review I first want to provide a quick over view of what BodyBugg, as well as BodyBugg SP are all about.  We have been using and writing about BodyBugg for a few years now and this BodyBuggSP review has been long anticipated.

First off let it be know that BodyBuggSP is a calorie counting device that is worn on your left arm.  This device is simply a wear and forget device that calculates not only how many steps you take in the course of the day, but also the amount of calories that are burned in the course of the day.  The
BodyBuggSP is worn and after a short while the user does not even notice it is being worn.  The BodyBuggSP silently records all of the data that is generated by the person and that information is provided to the BodyBugg SP wearer.

In the past a person had the option of either purchasing the BodyBugg with a digital display or getting it without the digital display.  With the new BodyBuggSP there is no longer the option of using it with the digital display because of its new ability to be used with either an iPhone or an Android Smart Phone.  Since the new BodyBuggSP can be used to provide instant readouts of data through a Smart Phone, it makes it the most modern tool available to calculate calories burned available to the general public today.

The new BodyBuggSp is simply the most advanced calorie counting tool available to the general public today.  It is very, very accurate and with the addition of the ability to be used with an Apple iPhone or an Android cell phone, it is quickly becoming the “must have” weight loss tool on the market today.  If the BodyBuggSP works as well as the older version 3 BodyBugg, there will be no disappointments by the users.

When approaching the BodyBuggSP, as a weight loss tool, a person really needs to understand that BodyBugg SP does nothing to cause the weight loss by itself.  BodyBuggSP is merely a tool that is worn on the left arm and it remains in place.  While it is worn it keeps track of the amount of physical exertion that is being done and reports that activity by the number of calories that are being exerted.  The number of calories that are being exerted is the vital piece of information that everyone needs to have to be able to judge the amount calories that should be eaten.  BodyBuggSP now provides a user the ability to keep track of the steps and calories by linking the BodyBuggSP to their Smart Phone.  A user of the BodyBuggSp will now have the ability to skip buying the digital display because all of the information will now be available on their iPhone and / or Android.

Overall, BodyBuggSP continues to carry on the torch of being an accurate and durable and sensible way to approach weight loss.  The new BodyBuggSP is NOT compatible with the digital display and if you are looking to use your version 3 BodyBugg on your Smart Phone, you will be disappointed.  Older models of BodyBugg are not compatible with the iPhone or the Android, as the newer model called BodyBuggSP.

To close out this brief review of BodyBuggSP we want you to understand that if you ever hope to lose weight you will need to understand the relationship of calories being eaten and the calories being burned. You will be the one to decide on the calories being eaten, as well as the amount of calories being burned.  BodyBuggSp will simply show you the data that your body generates and what you do with that data will be entirely up to you.  What you do with that data is where weight loss really begins to happen.  With BodyBuggSP, a person will be able to make real-time food and exercise decisions that are based in factual data.  What you do with that data will be up to you and nobody else.
