I stopped using mine because I lost almost all of the needed weight. I am thinking of using it again as I feel more in control of my eating. Without it I seem to be just guessing and that is how I get into trouble. My wife still uses it as she had more weight to lose and she is really looking great! Her blood pressure went down and all the other obesity related issues are gone also. Also it takes a woman longer to lose weight, so she still uses it daily.Yes it does work with USB and if you want to lose weight the BodyBugg will work, but only if you use the information that you will receive from wearing it.I really do love the BodyBugg. it is the only thing that ever really worked for me!
