BodyBugg Review; Week #5

body-bug-review-week-51

I have been using BodyBugg for about five weeks now and I must admit that I am very happy with the results.  The BodyBugg has taught me things that I thought I had already known, but I was really wrong about.  It was not until I started to record each and every thing I ate that I realized exactly what I was eating each and everyday.  I always thought that I knew what I was doing, but I really did not.  What I have learned from my five weeks of reviewing BodyBugg is that without knowing how many calories I burned off a day, I really knew only half of the weight loss equation.  BodyBugg has shown, and proven to me that if I am hungry it is because I have noteaten enough food.  That was a huge piece of information for me to be able to comprhend.  It is just like Bob Harper says….”you have to eat to lose weight.”

Looking at the chart above you can see where the results of my weight loss journey have taken me in the first five weeks.  You can see the results of the last week all the way to the left side.  What this actual screen shot shows is that my goal is to lose 2 pounds each and every week,  The results for the latest week was a 2 .2 pound weight loss.  In the next column you can see that I have been able to lose 17.0 pounds since I began my BodyBugg experience.  In the last column on the right, my next goal of a 2 pound loss will be completed on the next weigh in date.  BodyBugg only allows a person to weigh themselves once a week,  it is done this way because it helps take the emphasis off the bathroom scale.  Another IChooseThin.com employee that is also using BodyBugg was disappointed with a .4o pound weight gain and really started to be down in the dumps.  She thought that she was once again going to end up as a diet failure, even with the BodyBugg.  It was not until she entered her body measurements that she learned she dropped two dress sizes in the last five weeks.  What she learned, and now really realizes for the first time, that the whole story is never completely shown on the scale.  The BodyBugg showed it right on her computer monitor that she was doing everything right and it was nothing to worry about.  She weighed herself in the morning and was down in the dumps the entire day, because her bathroom scale reflected weight gain, despite all of her weight loss efforts.  Before the workday ended she entered her body measurements and became ecstatic.  She now realizes that weight-loss really does not just happen on the scale because she lost two dress sizes and did not even realize that it had happened.

Below all of the drop down boxes on the chart above, the green line shows what my predicted path of weight loss currently is at.  The black dots below the green line show where I am in reality, with relation to my goal.  As you can see, I am exceeding my goals, but I still have a long way to go.  A funny thing about BodyBugg is that I feel as if I have to justify my day and I do not want to disappoint my BodyBugg.  I know it is just a computer, but I make all my decisions during the day knowing I will have to upload the data from my BodyBugg.  I know it is just a simple computer, but I just do not want to see weight gain on my computer screen.  BodyBugg holds me accountable because I know I will have to see those results before days end.  That is why BodyBugg can be referred to as “in your face weight loss.”

What BodyBugg really has shown us is that there is no reason to go hungry.  With BodyBugg we can now look at where our calorie consumptionis at any given moment and then use that to decide our meals.  I even went to an all you can eat buffet today and had some Mongolian grill.  I did not go hungry, but with some wise and informed choices I still ended today with a 752 calorie deficit, as shown by my end of day BodyBugg results.  At the rate of 752 calories a day I would lose 1.5 pounds a week.  Since I know I ate a tad too much today, I will throttle back the food a little tomorrow and throttle up the exercise.  Without the BodyBugg I would be flying blind with what choices I would make.  If I was not using the BodyBugg I would being weighing myself daily, and be making horribly incorrect caloric assumptions, and my weight loss would ultimately hit or miss.  BodyBugg by 24 Hour Fitness is a great weight loss tool that provides an awesome amount of information to help a person make informed, real time food and exercise decisions.

BodyBugg is not only a weight loss tool….it is the most advanced calorie counting system available today.  If you want to lose weight like the contestants do on the ranch of The Biggest Loseryou should really think about getting one as soon as possible.  If you use the information your BodyBugg gives you, and apply it to the decisions you make on a daily basis you should be able to start your final weight loss journey.  BodyBugg by 24 Hour Fitness is really….the real deal.

I really liked the article. You have mentioned some good points regarding body weight management. For good health, eating habits are of primary concern. One needs to focus on the proper nutrition value in the food that one eats. A balanced diet is important over and above having a good wor-out procedure.
