		<description>Ryan is not the only candidate who has gained back weight.  Several have regained and this isn&#039;t necessarily their fault.  It is one thing to be sequestered on the ranch and work out several hours daily and be limited in food and another thing to live in a food centered society.  Also according to Ryan&#039;s blog, he used some rather unhealthy methods to &quot;crash off&quot; 32 lbs to win the game, weight which he had regained within a couple of weeks of the game ending.  It&#039;s TV remember.... is &quot;reality TV&quot; an oxymoron? (like &quot;Military intelligence&quot; etc) :) There are apparently many exercise physiologists who have opined that the methods of training used on the &quot;Biggest Loser&quot; can cause injury for life, physical as well as psychological.  Neither Harper nor Michaels are exercise physiologists -- on the contrary....</description>
