I just bought one about a month ago and this is what I have found:

    Benefits:
It does seem to accurately count and add up my calories burned and it also is a pedometer. Now I make a game out of getting the ‘high score’ in both of those two areas.

It comes with your own website that is really a clone of what everyone else has, so you also can enter your calorie intact, goals, body measurements and so much more

    Negative:
Set up is not hard, but it is has to be done and getting it to know your food intake is tedious, but well worth the effort. Take your time and follow the instructions.

It has been well worth it.

    Note:
The digital display that you wear like a watch on your wrist caost more, but well worth the money since you can see how many calories you have burned at any given oment of the day. You can set up points in your day to see how you are doing with your calorie burn. You will soon realize how vital it is to walk or take the stairs instead of the elevator. You soon learn how it all adds up to weight loss.

The BodyBugg is really a great tool and well worth the money! I love mine!
