Any Reviews Of Jillian’s DVD “Boost Your Metabolism?”
I did some exercise today and used the Jillian Michael’s workout video called “Boost Your Metabolism.“ It lasted for forty fives minutes or so and it consisted of using your body as the weight while you performed the cardio and weight training. Has anyone ever heard of this technique before, because I have not.
When I was done I must admit I was pretty sore, but I have my doubts if this is a good work out. I think it would be because I have alot of faith in what Jillian Michael’s endorses. I was just wondering if anyone else has a review of the video and what they thought of the workout session.
I really consider her workouts to be the best ones I have ever tried, and I have tried many. I have not done the workout video, but I use the workouts in her book "Making the Cut:
". Using your own body weight is definitely an effective way to exercise. Jillian knows what to do and how to get it done but you must remember that you are not going to get the desired results after one or two workouts, you have to keep doing them. You must also remember that you have to stick with it for the long run to really make any difference.
Yes they are totally effective and I know this because I use all of her videos. If you practice good technique and do it all without stopping and do it a few times a week, you should see positive results. I love her other one in the series. No More Trouble zones I did it yesterday and I realized I had sore muscles that I didn’t even know I had.
If you want to achieve results then you just have to stick with it as with any other exercise routine.
