		<description>That is great. I learned that if i cut the portions down on every meal i loose weight. After awhile you can cut them down again you seem to be able to keep cuting portions down and will loose weight and keep it off. i still eat some foods i should not but this way i do not go nuts craving some food and still wind up looseing weight.</description>
