How Long Does It Take Medifast to Work?
How long does it for take Medifast to work is a question many people ask, but yet few people really understand what they are asking. The reason why I say this is because the question itself is really not intended for people that are trying to lose weight. What I mean by this is that there is really no doubt that Medifast works because of all the science that is behind the program. Medifast is essentially a controlled meal plan that allows a person to not only restrict their caloric consumption but also being able to do that while still receiving the needed nutrition for living. How long does it take Medifast to work is a question that you really need to clarify, so bear with me for a moment and read on some more.
If you were to just do the math that is involved with the Medifast 5 & 1 Meal Plan when looking at the calories, you would have a better understanding of what I am trying to say. If you were to follow the meal plan you would eat about 1,000 calories a day. If you were to burn a total of 4,500 calories a day, you would lose, mathematically speaking, one pound each and every day while adhering to the plan. So if you are asking how fast Medifast works, the real question needs to be how fast do you want to lose the weight?
Am I saying you will lose one pound a day on Medifast? No!, I am not because there are so many more factors that calculate into personal weight loss. What you really need to understand when thinking about how quickly you will be able to lose weight is that there are many factors to be considered, with the most vivid factor being one that is asking just how motivated you really are? Will you still be motivated to continue on for five months? Four months? The real question is just how motivated will you be for the long run?
Now comes the tricky part because I want to ask you the reason for your desire to lose weight? If you are trying to just lose weight to go on a cruise or fit into a bikini, you are just setting yourself up for long-term failure. If you want to lose 100 pounds fast and think that Medifast is the answer, once again I want you to rethink what you are asking. What I hope you understand is that Medifast is more than just losing weight. To be a true Medifast success story you need to be able to not only lose the weight, but keep it off for the rest of your life.
If you are asking how fast Medifast works let me be the first to tell you that it works right away. It works from day one but that is not what is important because to be a real success story you need to keep that weight off for the rest of your life. That does not mean you need to exist on Medifast forever, it means you need to use Medifast as the tool it is intended to be. You need to learn how to make changes in your food choices. You need to understand portion size and the reality of what a portion size should be. You need to understand Medifast itself.
So, the final answer to how long it takes Medifast to work really comes down to two separate answers. The first answer for the casual and uninformed questioner is that it starts working right away and you do the math. The math as related to calories in and calories burned and with the use of BodyBugg, you can see how simple the calculation can really be.
The second answer to how long does it take Mediast to work is more complex because it really will take the rest of your life. This may sound absurd or as if Medifast is a failure, but that is not the case. If you are going to be a Medifast success story you must understand that even after you lose all of the weight you will still need to live your life in a way that the Medifast changes have taken hold and are en-grained in your thought process.
For Medifast to work you will need to not only implement the meal plan, but you will also need to take those changes and apply them to the choices you make even after you are done with Medifast. Even after you are done with your last Medifast Meal you will still need to continue on, or the fat that you lost will just return as it happens in so many other yo-yo dieting attempts.
So stop looking to see how long Medifast takes to work and start to understand that it does work and if you really want it to work in your life you need to make changes long after you finish Medifast. It is the journey that is what is important because knowing the way to becoming thin is so much more important than getting thin. Staying thin is the most important aspect and for that to happen there can be no time-limit, or speed expected. Staying thin goes well beyond any dates of how quickly it works and once you understand that little tidbit, you will no longer be concerned with being quick….you will be more concerned with just being thin forever!
Medifast Product Review: Chocolate Chip Pancakes
For this review of Medifast Chocolate Chip Pancakes I have to report that I really enjoyed it and yet I still have the same complaint as most of the other Medifast products. In this review, as others I must tell you that it tasted great but there just did not seem to be enough of it for me to be satisfied. The interesting part of my journey using Medifast is that I now understand that the reason I WASoverweight was because I never realized when enough food was enough food. As always I sat down to eat my Medifast Chocolate Chip Pancakes and made a mental note that the portion was small. In my early days of Medifast
When I first looked at the small plate of Medifast hotcakes I knew I could have eaten 15 to 20 of them, but that is the singular reason why I used to be overweight. I used to not understand that I was eating myself into an early grave and never made the association that I was fat because I ate too much at meal time. Today being like any other day, I sat down to eat my Medifast Pancakes and despite what many “outsiders” may think about the portion size, I was comforted in understanding that I would rather be eating smaller portions and 80 pounds lighter. I was able to eat those Medifast pancakes and then I was able to happily put the fork down and walk away from the plate. I now understand that I will not starve to death and after just a moment of not sitting in front of the food, I now understand I will not even be hungry!
Medifast Chocolate Chip Pancakes are great tasting and yes, I was even able to taste a subtle chocolate taste in almost every bite. I applied Walden Farms Pancake Syrupon top and they were really great tasting. What I want you to understand is that what is more important than the flavor is the fact that the pancakes are attached to the bigger and vital program of Medifast Meals that has enabled my wife and I to lose many pounds. The pancakes taste great, they really do, but that does not change the fact that I have learned to control my portion size and that control has given me back my life. That life has helped me lose over 31 pounds in just 40 days!
Medifast Chocolate Chip Pancakes are great tasting, nutritional packed and gets a double thumbs up review. To agree with this review you will not be able to sit down and eat just one Medifast Meal and make an accurate assessment of the overall program. What I mean by this is that to understand the Medifast Weight Loss Program… sitting down for one correctly portioned pancake meal will not give you the best overview of what to expect in the program. In order to be a Medifast believer you need to immerse yourself into the plan and when you are eating every few hours you too will not only lose quite a few pounds, you will start to understand your over all emotions towards your personal obesity.
Medifast Chocolate Chip Pancakes taste great and the only thing better than that is the fact that I now understand not only WHY I was fat, but now I know what I need to be doing to lose weight and what is life changing to me at this very moment is the fact that I AM losing weight….pancakes and all!

Medifast Product Review: Cream of Broccoli Soup
For this review I have tried the Medifast Creamy Soup selection of Cream of Broccoli Soup. This is the first review that I have written on a Medifast Meal that I must confess I did not like. I have tried many of the Medifast Meals and even though I have not tried all of them… Medifast Broccoli Soup, for me, was pretty bad tasting.
I am a true believer in the Medifast Weightloss Program and I have been able to flavor up each and every meal easily. The Cream of Broccoli Soup was the first meal that I tried that despite what I added to it I never could get it to something I remotely enjoyed.
In all fairness I must admit that if you gave me a full flavored, full fat and sodium loaded cream of broccoli soup, I would love it. I have always enjoyed cream of broccoli soup and yet I have not been able to make the same claim with the Medifast Cream of Broccoli Soup. I am very glad that I only received one packet of the stuff in the variety pack and that was only because of the bonus pack that had three individual packets of various Medifast Meals.
For this review of Medifast Cream of Broccoli Soup I want you to realize that this is the first and only Medifast Meal that I did not enjoy. If you are thinking of ordering Medifast do not let this single review discourage you because there are so many great tasting selections available. Overall Medifast Meals have wonderful taste and texture, but I cannot say that for the Medifast Cream of Broccoli Soup.
I must give this soup a double thumbs down and just end this brief review with the statement that depsite my desire to continue with the Medifast Plan, I will never ever let Medifast Cream of Broccoli Soup pass through my lips again.

Medifast Review: Day 38 Condiment List and Information
What I have learned from my 38 days on Medifast is that the meals are really pretty good but the key is that they need to be doctored up. What I mean by this statement is that in order to make the meals flavorful and enjoyable I have discovered that certain condiments need to be added to the food. An example of this would be adding one packet of Splenda when making a shake or an oatmeal. I have discovered that adding a condiment to the meal during preparation can change the taste from terrible to delightful. The key to being able to add flavorings to Medifast Meals is that you need to measure them and ensure that the condiments are the best low calorie, low fat and low carb choices that are needed.
In my search to find the best condiments I have traveled to health food stores and Wal-Mart and even a number of grocery stores. When I was searching the shelves for the best salad dressings or sauces I was tyring to stay within the Medifast requirements for carbs and calories and fat. After the many miles of driving I came home and found what I consider to be one of the world’s largest collections of assorted Medifast safe condiments. After all my searching I stumbled onto a gold mine of resources on Amazon.com. The condiment selection I speak of is Walden Farms.
Trying to show you what I have discovered amazed even myself after I tasted the products one by one. I eat salad each and every lean and green meal and the quality of these products is so amazing that I had to write this short blurb passing on the information that Walden Farms makes some of the best tasting condiments that can be used with Medifast. The example of the photograph to the left is calorie free, carb free chocolate syrup that also has many other healthy qualities. The point I am trying to make to you is that if you are looking to get some ideas for your condiment list to flavor up some of your Medifast Meals you really need to check out the Walden Farms product line.
I added a little Amazon.combanner at the bottom to help provide you some insight to how effective their products are, when applied to The Medifast Weight Loss Plan. In reality Medifast has requirements for what condiments should be used and what nutritional requirements are needed. The sensational thing about Walden Farms product line is that they not only make the cut for Medifast requirements…they are even better than Medifast suggests them to be.
I could go on and on and on about the virtues of Walden Farms and how they meet the requirements for the Medifast Condiment list, but I would rather just let you go check it out yourself. Click on the rotating banner below and you too will be looking to stock your Medifast Condiments from Walden Farms. If you do use Walden Farms you will be choosing healthier and better choices. The interesting thing for me was that before Medifast I truly did not believe that something this healthy could be this good tasting. What is even more interesting is that Walden Farms has an entire product line of items that can be used with The Medifast Program.

The Biggest Loser and The United States Marine Corps
The Biggest Loser and The United States Marine Corps have more in common than most people would think at first glance. In order for a person to become a United States Marine it requires an inner sense of pride and a desire to achieve something that seems insurmountable. To be a contestant on The Biggest Loser, the players need to have an inner drive to accomplish something with their bodies that many viewers seem to think is superhuman. Many people think the feats some Marines do is superhuman, but the reality is that the same sense of motivation to accomplish what the individual Marine does is quite similar to being able to lose weight.
To be a Marine requires about 13 weeks of boot camp and more physical activity than most humans would want to endure. To win The Biggest Loser a person needs to have that same inner drive to succeed. Granted the Marine training is more diverse in subjects like how to kill people and survive, but where weight loss is concerned there are many things in common with Parris Island and The Biggest Loser Ranch. You may think this is a stretch, but let me explain.
For any person to lose weight they need to have what is referred to as sustained motivation. That motivation must last day in and day out and continue on for months. The reason many individuals fail to lose weight is because they have the notion that weight loss will be over in a few weeks. The reality of weight loss is that if you want to make any real progress you are going to have to work at it for months on end. Sure you will lose pounds quickly at first, but once the routine of the diet plan sets in…weight loss becomes dull and boring and very slow. The average person in the civilian world will not lose the numbers they do on The Biggest Loser. The lack of sustained motivation is what causes so many people to give up early on their weight loss plans and goals.
In Marine Corps Boot Camp one of the buzz words that is in the ears of every Marine is MOTIVATION. This is one word that is used often and is as much a part of a Marines vocabulary as any word you could imagine. That motivation is something that is nurtured and grows within the heart of the fledgling Marine and that is the motivation that a person uses on The Biggest Loser. That same motivation is present in different stages throughout the entire Biggest Loser season, but in different forms and is administered differently as the weeks and episodes occur.
In Marine Corps Boot Camp there is the ever present Drill Instructor and on The Biggest Loser there is Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels
. When boot camp or The Biggest Loser begins there is much yelling and even more impatience that occurs when the involved individuals attempt to complete physical events. Whether you are in The Biggest Loser gym or on the grinder at Parris Island, there is the screaming and the yelling and the feeling of hopelessness when attempting physical events. Bob screams, Drill Instructors scream and so does Jillian. It all creates the same environment of intimidation that is needed to push the individual past the point of failure. The point that is sought after by the Marine Corps Drill Instructors and Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels is to lead the individual into the sustained motivation that is mandatory for a person to succeed in training or weight loss.
Learn about Marine Corps Boot Camp at MarinceCorpsBootCampSurvival.com
After a few weeks go by and the individual starts to believe in them-self, the Corps starts to build the recruits into a team, while Jillian tries to dig deep into the issues that causes an individual to become obese. What is really happening at this stage is that the individuals ability is increasing, which is causing a surge of confidence that propels the individual to succeed. That success only comes after the individual starts to feel the pride that every human has only skin deep, yet eludes the masses that roam this planet. Whether you are in The Corps or just trying to lose 100 pounds the principle is basically the same.
If you want to be a United States Marine you need to want to be the best, which means you NEVER give up. If you want to lose weight, on The Biggest Loser or at home where there are no cameras or audiences, the requirement is exactly the same. You will need to understand that weight loss can happen to you and it is waiting for you to make it happen. Once you start to click and to understand your sustained motivation will kick in and carry you to your weight goal.
The Marine Corps and The Biggest Loser may look so much different in what they do, but the reality is that when the training program is dissected, they are amazingly similar. The Marine Corps whips the individual into a Marine that is in superb physical condition, while The Biggest Loser shows the individual that they can achieve what they want, if they are motivated. It is that motivation that separates The Marines from the rest and it is that motivation that propels The Biggest Loser players to succeed also.
The United States Marine Corps, The Biggest Loser and motivation…what does this all have to do with you?
Simple, if you want to lose weight then you just need to get up and get it done and stop the whining and the belly aching. Weight loss will require effort and that effort will require more time than you will believe at first. If you want it, then go get it and be ready to go with it as long as needed. Once you establish the realization in your brain housing unit (brain) that weight loss is not just a dream, it can be your reality…if you can be motivated for as long as it takes.
The United States Marine Corps. The Biggest Loser Ranch. Drill Instructors. Bob Harper. Jillian Michaels. Motivation. Dedication. Determination. Weight Loss….it all comes down to the essential core element of motivation and the desire to not only survive, but to achieve. When all those emotions come together you can have a person of exceptional qualities and abilities. Either way, whatever journey you may be on you will need to understand that your success is manifested through physical fitness. For weight loss to be an ever present reality in your life, that weight loss desire will eventually become secondary to the journey. This is simply because for true and permanent weight loss to be accomplished, your desire needs to be one of becoming physically fit. Once the desire to become fit takes hold… weight loss will occur and that weight loss will become secondary to the motivation that got you there in the first place.
Semper Fi! and I wish you well in your weight loss journey!
Medifast Product Review: Brownie
This review for Medifast Brownie, with real chocolate chips is one review that I have been wanting to write since the package arrived. The first thing I have to say about the Medifast Brownie is that the only problem with it is that it tasted so good I could have eaten the entire box in one sitting. Once again I can say that Medifast has developed a great tasting food and this one can even be called a treat.
I went full out for this unofficial Medifast Brownie review because I had to try three of them over the course of the last day to make sure that I presented the information with the experience of the preparation process. What I have learned is that this is one Medifast Meal that it does not matter if you soak it before heating it up. When I prepared the brownie the first time I cooked it in a conventional oven for about 20 minutes and for the second brownie I used a microwave. I added one packet of Splenda to the Medifast Brownie Mix right after I added the water, and before I mixed it all together.
The Oven Baked Brownie
What I can say about the oven baked brownie is that the aroma of it cooking wafted through my entire home, which made the treat of the brownie even that much better. I cooked it in an oven and let it sit for a few minutes and I must say that it tasted great. I had no complaints with the taste or the texture of the Medifast Brownie in any way. Since the brownie comes with it’s own individual cooking paper pan, there was not even a mess to clean up. I found myself scraping the pan to ensure that I got every morsel of the great tasting treat.
The Microwaved Brownie
Before I cooked my first brownie in the microwave I must confess that I thought the brownie was going to taste better cooked in a conventional oven. After I cooked the brownie in the microwave I was shocked how good it really tasted. I ended up cooking it about 30 seconds longer than the directions stated, but overall the finished product was excellent. In my final opinion I felt as if the brownie tasted better cooked in the microwave… and that was a realization that surprised me.
The last of the three Medifast Brownie I prepared and ate was the best all, but it had nothing to do with the way it was prepared. The third one I ate I had some no-fat Reddie Whip cream that I squirted a small amount on top. I then broke out my fork and enjoyed what turned out to be an amazingly delicious Medifast treat that actually counts as a Medifast Meal. To close this review of Medifast Brownie I have to say that I was humbled by the quality of the product. Granted the portion size is not large, but large portion sizes are what got me overweight in the first place.
Medifast Brownie get an enthusiastic double thumbs up review because they were delicious and great tasting. What more can be said about them other than the fact of how healthy they are for a person. To compliment that thought I have left you with the nutrition information for a Medifast Brownie. If you are thinking of trying a brownie you won’t be disappointed because they are great!

Medifast Review Day 35: I Gained Weight
For this brief Medifast review I just want to say that I gained weight and it does not bother me one tiny bit. That may sound strange in a Medifast review to say that I have been using the Medifast Weight Loss System for 35 days and do not mind that I gained weight, so let me explain. Before I started Medifast I thought I was doing it all right and on the days that I stepped on the scale I would get so depressed when it seemed as if the dial was glued because it seemed to never move in the direction that I was striving to go. When I awoke this morning I realized that in one day, despite doing everything right, I gained .40 of one pound since yesterday. In the days before Medifast I would have been discouraged as those days happened all too often. Yes I realize that weighing everyday is not recommended but then I did it and what more can I say?
The reason why I am not upset about the mild weight gain is because even with that fluctuation, I have lost a total of 29 pounds in 35 days. On average that calculates out to .82 pounds lost every day, on average. Waking up this morning and seeing a small amount of weight back on the scale was almost refreshing, as the decline has been so rapid. Yesterday I did nothing “wrong” on the Medifast Plan and it did not even phase me that I gained some weight. I know this program works and that very soon I will start to see the number plummet once again, as long as I continue to follow plan.
I have been writting about weight loss for quite some time and always had marginal results and had always said that that fast weight loss was a myth and now that it is happening to me I am amazed. Medifast has proven to me that if I can maintain a little will power, Medifast will take care of the rest. I have come to accept it as fact that the creators of Medifast really know what they are doing and my weight loss is the only proof that I need.
For this brief review of Medifast I just want to shout out that I gained a small amount of weight… and that is alright. Medifast works and it works fast! Nothing more really needs to be said other than it can also work for you if you are willing to make it work… by simply sticking to the plan. If you are committed to losing weight, then Medifast will be committed to you. The difference that sets Medifast apart from so many other weight loss plans is that Medifast works and it works really well!!!
Medifast Product Review: Hot Cocoa
For this Medifast Hot Cocoa review we went and found us a really nice and high quality photograph of a cup of hot chocolate because if I did not know it was Medifast I would have thought it was some high priced name brand.
For this review of Medifast Hot Cocoa we were so impressed by the quality and the taste and the texture of the drink that it is by far the best hot drink Medifast has to offer.
The flavor of the drink is second to none and the aroma makes you wish it was a snowy Christmas Eve after all the children went to bed. If you have any doubts about the flavor of this stuff let us be the first to tell you that you have nothing to worry about. Whether you call it Medifast Hot Cocoa or Medifast Hot Chocolate makes no difference because the flavor is enough to have you wanting another mug.
For a special treat you can even squirt on fat-free Reddie Whip to dazzle the taste buds even some more. We also added one pack of Splenda, but any articicial sweetener you prefer will do to maintain the Medifast Plan.
We have nothing else to say in this Medifast Hot Cocoa review because how much more can you say other than it tastes great? How much more can be said when it is acknowledged that the flavor is so good you would never guess it was a Medifast product?
This stuff is great tasting and I love to drink it and I will always have some on hand!
Warm up this season with hot cocoa, cappuccino and chai lattes from Medifast!

Medifast Product Review: Peach Oatmeal
Once again today I ate some Medifast Peach Oatmeal and I must say that I have learned much when it comes to preparing my Medifast Meals. For this brief review of Medifast Peach Oatmeal I must tell you that if you want to enjoy the taste then you need to plan ahead. What I mean by that is that for me to give this the positive review I intend to give it, I had to try it more than once and in those attempts I have perfected how to take the taste and texture from wallpaper paste to flavorful oatmeal. For this review you must realize that I have learned to soak my peach oatmeal overnight.
The first time I ate Medifast Peach Oatmeal I must admit that I joked with my wife that we could hang wallpaper with the stuff. We even continued on with some joking about how the look and texture of it could be compared to prison food. With that being said I have gone on take it from a joke to an enjoyable and great tasting meal. The secret that I have learned is that the night before I simply prepare my next days meals by mixing the Medifast products with water and then sealing them in a watertight container in the fridge. The next morning I grab my little pouch and off I go! Everything has been saturated with water, which is the secret that transforms Medifast Peach Oatmeal into a great tasting breakfast or anytime snack during the day.
Another little thing that has really helped me enjoy any Medifast Oatmeal is the addition of one packet of artificial sweetener. I choose Splenda, but I am sure that any artificial flavoring of preference will work. Overall this review of Medifast Peach Oatmeal is a positive one. Do not think that I am doing a backflip over how it tastes so good because let’s face it….we are talking about oatmeal. As far as oatmeal goes the stuff is not bad tasting. More importantly, I also would like to stress that the texture is greatly improved when it soaks overnight. For me the texture of food is just as important as the flavor. The simple act of soaking the stuff takes it from eating oatmeal soup and transforms it to eating…well… oatmeal.
Overall I just want to say that The Medifast Peach Oatmeal is a good and decent tasting part of the Medifast Meal Program. If you like oatmeal overall you should have few issues with it, as long as you soak it for a few hours before eating. I give Medifast Peach Flavored Oatmeal a one thumb up review. I hold back the second thumb only because we are talking about oatmeal and that fact alone has not once in my life excited me. As far as comparing the stuff to normal off the shelf oatmeal, it holds it own and is worth eating simply because of the fact that it is part of the plan that will make you thin again! I could eat Medifast Oatmeal everyday knowing it makes me thinner and did not taste bad.
Wait a minute!! I do eat it everyday, so it must taste pretty good and I have lost over 28 pounds in 33 days!

How Old Do You Have To Be On Medifast?
We have received many questions from young adults asking if Medifast has age restrictions? We have been asked how old you have to be to use Medifast? How young can you be to use Medifast? Can teenagers use Medifast? We are here to answer some of the questions that you may be seeking. We are here to answer the basic question of not only how old you need to be to use Medifast but also we hope to answer the complicated and difficult question of what does it take for a young person to be able to lose weight and whether or not Medifast can work for a minor child.
Parent or Child?
First off we need to determine who is reading this article. Are you a parent or are you the young adult? This is critical because if a person does not really want to make weight loss a reality in their life, then it is just not going to happen. If a parent thinks that they can force weight loss, or Medifast onto the daily reality of a son or a daughter, they will be sadly mistaken. The “rules” for weight loss apply not only to adults, they also apply to any young person. Weight Loss, or weight gain, is not based on one decision, but rather it is the cumulative piling up of food choices. If a child or an adult is not ready to make weight loss a reality, then there is nothing a person could do, short of locking the person up in a cell and forcing a diet on them. The point we hope to emphasize here is that for a person to choose Medifast to lose weight, they need to be the one making the active decision to use the program. The choice to use Medifast can only be effective if the person making the choice is the one starting the program. Parents, as well as the teenager needs to understand this statement and accept it and then live by the reality of the situation they are currently dealing with in their life at this moment in time. Medifast can work, but not if it is forced.
If the teenager is reading this and is interested in getting their parents to pay for the program, then the teenager needs to understand the dynamic relationship between parent and child. If the parent has the ability to pay for the program there is really no need to not use, if the son or daughter is trying to make the life changes needed. In fact, the parent should not only encourage the child, they should be cheering. If the parent is afraid of the cost of Medifast then they shouldn’t fear the cost because it is really not expensive, once the cost breakdown is examined. In many cases the upfront expense of the Medifast program actually ends up being cheaper than NOT being on the program. To understand the cost a person needs to realize that the initial cost is almost all the money that will need to be spent, other than for one Lean and Green Meal per day, which is fairly inexpensive. One must understand that the initial monthly cost often ends up being less than what is normally spent on food for any given month. For a complete breakdown of the cost please refer to the link provided below.

If you are a young adult and you are ready to begin your life at a healthy and enjoyable weight, there is no reason why you can’t use Medifast to make weight loss happen in your life.
If you are a young adult and you think you can make the adjustment to start using Medifast to help you lose weight, the battle for weight loss may already be won. The reason we say this is because Medifast works… and that is a fact. It has, and is used by The John’s Hopkins Bariatric Center and that is because it works. There is no disputing the fact that Medifast not only works, it works very well. That is one fact that can not be disputed because that just how facts work in the reality of the day. Medifast works for adults and the fact that you are not over the age of 18 really means little. The calories a person receives by eating Medifast will not only foster weight loss they will also ensure the proper growth of a young person. In fact, when a youth engages in subsisting off Medifast they will undoubtedly be eating a healthier and more nutritious way of life than they are eating today. Not many diets or meal plans would even dare to make that statement. To carry the statement one step further, a person can live on the Medifast way of life for the rest of their life, as an option to living a healthy life!!!
Medifast is safe to use for any young adult from the age of 13 years or older. Medifast works and it works well, so if you are a young adult, teenager or any age in between Medifast can work for you. If Medifast was not safe for young people to use there sure would not be a Medifast Program called “Medifast for Teens.” We have provided you with a convenient link to show you the official Medifast Booklet that is available from Medifast.

If you are interested in checking into how Medifast can change the life your teenager, or yourself all you need to do is start Medifast because the reality of how effective is cannot be disputed. Medifast is for real. Medifast works and it does not matter if you are 113, 14 , 15, 16, 17 or 18 years old. Medifast works as long as the person using it is behind the choice to use it. Medifast for teens is available to those that are tired of being overweight and ready to make the change needed. The only question that really needs to be asked is if the person starting Medifast is ready. Once that choice has been made then the rest sort of just falls into place once they start the program.
